AUBURN – People over 65 who know they are entitled to Medicare drug card benefits if they register before Dec. 31 can attend a meeting on the subject.

Any interested person who qualifies for Medicare can attend a session from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Dec. 28, at the Danville Junction Grange Hall.

The Maine Primary Care Association, the Area Agency on Aging, the DFD Russell Medical Centers of Turner, Leeds and Greene, the State Grange Community Service Committee and the Danville Grange Family Health and Hearing Committee are partnering to bring medication information and volunteers prepared to assist with on-the-spot Medicare drug card sign-up.

Call Dr. and Mr. Lois Hamel at 783-4849 for directions to the hall. Snow date is Thursday, Dec. 30.
