RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Kenneth W. Adley, 40, Rumford, charged with obstructing the report of a crime on Feb. 23 and violation of condition of release on Feb. 24, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to 90 days and probation revoked for each charge.

Mark Ambrose, 29, Mexico, charged with assault and terrorizing on July 4, both charges dismissed.

Joseph F. Beaulieu, 58, Caribou, charged with driving to endanger on April 23, found guilty, fined $350 and license suspended.

Terry L. Belanger, 48, Livermore, charged with criminal trespass on July 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason A. Capponi, 20, Carthage, charged with possession of marijuana on June 5, dismissed.

James R. Coady, 31, Canton, charged with failing to stop for an officer, driving to endanger, attaching false motor vehicle plates, endangering the welfare of a child, and failure to register a vehicle on June 8, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $100 and license suspended on first charge; fined $250 and license suspended for 30 days on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed; found guilty on fifth charge, fined $100.

Jason D. Cole, 24, Rumford, charged with assault on Nov. 13, sent to jury trial.

Jennifer N. Cormier, 19, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 3, dismissed.

Wayne A. Encarnacuo, 45, Wakefield, Mass., charged with possession of marijuana and operating under the influence on July 29, first charge adjudicated, fined $200; found guilty on second charge, fined $600, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Melanie A. Fogg, Roxbury, charged with keeping a dangerous dog on July 25 and allowing a dog to be at large on July 23 and July 25, all charges dismissed; also charged with keeping a dangerous dog on July 26, adjudicated, fined $250; also charged with four counts of cruelty to animals, two counts of keeping an unlicensed dog and two counts of violating chapter 721 title 7 on Aug. 10, all charges dismissed.

Nevil Francois, 20, Rumford, charged with assault on Oct. 15, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days and 50 hours community service.

James B. Gallant, 48, Canton, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 18, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Dante I. Graham, 58, Livermore Falls, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 29, dismissed.

Patrick Harkness, 34, Dixfield, charged with assault on July 5, filed with no cost.

Danny J. Harrington, 23, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana on Aug. 28, first charge dismissed; second and third charges adjudicated, fined $200 on second charge; fined $400 on third charge.

Caleb L. Humphrey, 19, Naples, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 10, dismissed.

Aaron Jackson, 19, Mexico, charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor on June 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Joseph K. Kinney, 33, Mexico, charged with assault on July 17, dismissed.

Bert W. Knox, 38, Dixfield, charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Jan. 22, probation violation, sentenced to 10 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

John Lane, 25, Peru, charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and possessing a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on July 23, and criminal speed on July 24, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 and $800 restitution on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; fined $300 on third charge.

Steven Marin, 40, Dixfield, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 3, 2003, dismissed.

Bobbie L. McKenna, 21, Rumford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 16, not enough information to bring case.

Walter A. Meader, 44, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on July 3, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months.

Kevin N. Murphy, 43, Dixfield, charged with two counts of assault on Aug. 19, both charges filed with no cost.

Gerald S. Nowlin, 36, Turner, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on July 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Gordon E. Peace, 25, Milton Township, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 19, found guilty, fined $500.

Candice A. Radcliff, 23, Canton, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 27, found guilty, fined $75.

Ross R. Rand, 43, Berlin, N.H., charged with driving to endanger on July 9, found guilty, fined $300.

Carol W. Richards, 52, Milton Township, charged with disorderly conduct on June 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason R. Roberge, 34, Biddeford, charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 12, waived, fined $100.

Peter W. Ronfeldt, 25, Byron, charged with assault and terrorizing on Oct. 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Bruce R. Ross, 40, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on July 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Ryan W. Roy, 20, Rumford, charged with driving an ATV on a snowmobile trail on May 23, waived, fined $100.

Kenneth Seavey, 36, Rumford, charged with assault on Oct. 1, sent to jury trial.

Christopher Lee Taylor, 74, Dixfield, charged with terrorizing and obstructing the report of a crime on July 23, both charges dismissed.

Julie C. Waterman, 32, Buxton, charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 12, waived, fined $100.

Sharon J. Webster, 48, Dixfield, charged with assault on Aug. 18, dismissed.

Betsey L. Williams, 34, Rumford, charged with assault on Aug. 30 and violating condition of release on Sept. 13, both charges dismissed.

James E. Young, 58, Peru, charged with violating a protective order on Nov. 3, sent to jury trial.
