FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Amy Beth Edwards, 34, of Farmington was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit June 24 in Avon. The case was dismissed.

Jessica L. Edwards, 27, of Block Island, R.I., was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 27 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Terry E. Eldridge, 50, of Chesterville was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog June 3 in Chesterville. He was fined $50.

John D. Elliott, 35, of Chesterville was charged with driving a motor vehicle after revocation June 15 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Roy C. Elliott Sr., 36, of Chesterville was charged with allowing a dog to be at large Oct. 21 in Chesterville. He was fined $50.

Edward O. Ellis, 32, of Skowhegan was charged with failing to report April 7 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Gale E. Ellis, 57, of New Vineyard was charged with burning prohibited material Aug. 14 in New Vineyard. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $111.

Wanda L. Ellsworth, 41, of Stratton was charged with criminal trespass Aug. 12 in Eustis. The case was dismissed. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 11 in Eustis, she was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $42.

Nelson H. Emerson, 18, of Farmington was charged with two counts of assault June 9 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed. For a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention June 9 in Farmington, he was fined $500.

Arion Emery, 21, of Farmington was charged with assault June 28 in Farmington. A 60-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Arion Emery, 21, of Farmington was charged with burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 20 in Temple. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Michael Eno, 19, of Winslow was charged with terrorizing and violating condition of release May 26 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed.

Michael Eno, 19, of Farmington was charged with four counts of assault on an officer July 14 in Farmington. Two charges were dismissed and for two charges he was sentenced to three years at the Department of Corrections for each charge.

Eustis Cable Enterprise of Brookfield, Mass., was charged with rule violation, driving without duty record Oct. 6 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Karen J. Farrell, 50, of South Portland was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit July 22 in Weld. She was fined $68.

Jeffrey M. Farrington, 33, of Dryden was charged with theft of services May 27 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Tammy A. Fay, 42, of Oquossoc was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 18 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Joanne M. Felt, 46, of Temple was charged with driving under the influence June 26 in Temple. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Michael C. Felt, 48, of Temple was charged with disorderly conduct June 26 in Temple. He was fined $100.

Fenwick Construction of Kingfield was charged with rule violation z July 21 in Kingfield. The company was fined $100.

Tellis F. Fenwick, 56, of Kingfield was charged with criminal trespass Oct. 12 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Gregory Fisher, 33, of New Sharon was charged with assault Sept. 30 in New Sharon. He was sentenced for 100 days and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of violating condition of release Sept. 30 in New Sharon, he was sentenced for 100 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Richard J. Fisher, 38, of West Boyston, Mass., was charged with possession of fireworks July 27 in Rangeley. He was fined $125.

Eric W. Fitch, 26, of Wilmington, Mass., was charged with driving after suspension July 13 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Gordon Fitzherbert, 51, of Carthage was charged with giving false public alarm or report June 6 in Carthage. He was fined $500.

Douglas M. Fletcher, 21, of Jay was charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender July 7 in Jay. He was fined $400.

Douglas M. Fletcher, 21, of Jay was charged with driving an unregistered ATV July 7 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Gerald Fletcher, 48, of New Vineyard was charged with gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and visual sexual aggression against a child Aug. 1 in New Vineyard. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Robert S. Florian, 31, of New Sharon was charged with driving to endanger May 9 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed. For a charge of failing to give information to an officer May 9 in New Sharon, he was fined $400.

Michael Franks, 24, of Wilton was charged with violating protective order Aug. 12 in Eustis. He was sentenced for seven days. For a charge of violating protective order Aug. 12 in Eustis, he was sentenced for seven days.

Stephen R. Freese, 35, of Portland was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit July 3 in Rangeley. He was fined $68.

Michelle French, 39, of Farmington was charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender and with driving while license was suspended or revoked Aug. 12 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Jennifer Gagnon, 26, of Mexico was charged with driving without a license expired more than 90 days Nov. 26 in Wilton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates Nov. 27 in Wilton, she was fined $75.

Jonathan Galouch, 20, of Farmington was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia June 12 in Farmington. He was fined $300.

Julia Galusha, 34, of Chesterville was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog June 3 in Chesterville. She was fined $50.

Scott R. Gardner, 38, of Raymond was charged with failing to display lake and river protection sticker July 4 in Chain of Ponds Township. He was fined $100.

Michael W. Gatcomb Jr., 21, of Kents Hill was charged with assault May 31 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 45 days. For a charge of criminal trespass May 31 in Farmington, he was sentenced for 45 days.

Michael W. Gatcomb Jr., 21, of Fayette was charged with terrorizing and with violating condition of release July 8 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed.

GDS of Madison was charged with failing to have vehicle inspected July 21 in Farmington. The company was fined $150.

Lloyd N. Gilbert, 57, of East Wilton was charged with unlawful sexual contact June 18 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kyle A. Gilley, 18, of Mount Vernon was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 9 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Tecia Girardin, 49, of Wilton was charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor and with procuring liquor for a minor June 22 in Wilton. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Gregory L. Glidden, 22, of Corinth was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument July 20 in Farmington. He was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $800.

Stacy N. Glidden, 20, of Dover, N.H., was charged with driving after license suspension Sept. 29 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Philip R. Godbout, 56, of Manchester, N.H., was charged with driving a watercraft without safety equipment Aug. 7 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Richard J. Godbout, 52, of Manchester, N.H., was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit Aug. 7 in Weld. He was fined $68.

Bobby B. Goding, 33, of Jay was charged with assault June 12 in Jay. His probation was revoked.

Christopher L. Goldsmith, 29, of Shawmut was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Oct. 2 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of possession of marijauna Oct. 2 in Farmington, he was fined $300.

Daniel J. Golub, 20, of Farmington was charged with cultivating marijuana Jan. 2 in Farmington. He was fined $300.

Daniel J. Golub, 20, of Farmington was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Aug. 2 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Timothy R. Goodwin, 39, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence June 17 in Wilton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger June 17 in Wilton, he was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 30 days.
