DIXFIELD – Neighborly Senior Citizens will meet on Wednesday, Jan. 19, at the Dixfield Legion Hall. The meeting will start at 11 a.m. followed by a potluck dinner and entertainment by the Silver and Gold Band.
The 2005 membership cards will be available for anyone wishing to join or to pay dues. The 2005 trip list will also be available.
Membership is open to anyone age 50 and over, and new members are welcome. Dues are $5 a year. There is still space available for the Feb. 25 “Disney on Ice” 2 p.m. show at the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland. Cost for the bus and show is $30 a person.
Space is still available for the April 28 to 29 Foxwood-Mohegan Sun trip. It is not too late to sign up for the March 14 trip to Indian Head Resort in Lincoln, N.H., for the annual St. Patrick’s Festival featuring Irish tenor Dan Ryan, the Eddie MacNamara Band and step dancers. Cost is $42 a person. Anyone wanting more information on the trips can call Connie at 364-4189.
