LEWISTON – A mother and daughter both graduated from college in May.
Kathryn Louise Landry Gradwell graduated from the University of New Hampshire, receiving a master’s degree in social work on May 26 with a grade point average of 3.8. Previously she graduated from the University of New England in Biddeford with a bachelor of science degree in psychology. She has accepted a position with a social service agency in Lewiston-Auburn.
Louise L. Landry Mease graduated from the University of Maine at Augusta on May 8 with a bachelor of science in mental health and social services with a grade point average of 3.43.
She is also a graduate of Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing in 1977 and University of Maine in Augusta in 1993. She is employed as a school nurse for the city of Lewiston. This summer she worked as an intern at Advocates for Children.
Gradwell and Mease are the daughter and widow respectively of Gil R. Landry. Both recently wed: Kathryn to Bryan J. Gradwell and Mrs. Landry to Gregory R. Mease.
