Michael O. Abbot, 29, Biddeford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 14, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Abdifatah Abdi, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Gerald Albert, 59, Lewiston, charged with terrorizing on Sept. 9, sent to jury trial.

Chad Gregory Alexander, 23, Minot, charged with operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to give motor vehicle accident information on Aug. 14, all charges sent to jury trial.

Bashe Ali, 34, Lewiston, charged with assault on Oct. 3, dismissed.

Matthew W. Allen, 21, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 16, permanently transferred to Superior Court, fined $100.

Wayne P. Allen, 38, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 27, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Jacob Anderson, 25, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 23, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Randall Anderson, 33, Harpswell, charged with criminal speed on July 3, dismissed.

Kirk R. Apffel, 28, Poland, charged with two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on Aug. 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Lorenzo E. Archer, 41, Harrisburg, Pa., charged with operating without a license and criminal speed on Sept. 2, 1998, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Michael Armstrong, 33, Lewiston, charged with indecent conduct on Oct. 9, dismissed.

Kevin S. Ayer, 38, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening on Oct. 19, violating a protective order on Oct. 19 and 21, and criminal mischief on Oct. 21, all charges sent to jury trial.

David M. Bailey, 31, South Portland, charged with operating under the influence on July 17, sent to jury trial.

Bailey’s Transport, Knox, charged with an unsafe or defective vehicle rule violation and failure to display a fuel-use decal on Oct. 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Jeffrey Baird, 21, Auburn, charged with transportation of drugs my a minor and transportation of liquor by a minor on Sept. 18, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $100 and license suspended for 30 days.

Scott Barclay, 46, Greene, charged with violation of a protective order on Oct. 2, 2003, probation violation, sentenced to 40 days and probation partially revoked.

Tracy L. Barnaby, 19, Poland, charged with operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked on July 21, dismissed.

Elizabeth Bartlett, 44, Auburn, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

John R. Bassett, 44, Livermore Falls, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Jan. 15, 2004, transferred to Superior Court.

Madelin Bassett, 40, Lewiston, charged with criminal speed on June 20, dismissed.

Michael J. Beall, 19, Livermore Falls, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Aug. 13, and criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Sept. 21, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to four days for each charge.

Nicholas Beckey, 36, Livermore Falls, charged with gross sexual assault on July 12, transferred to Superior Court.

Brad L. Beckin, 30, Monmouth, charged with eluding an officer on Aug. 31, transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin M. Becvar, 19, Poland, charged with terrorizing on Oct. 1, sent to jury trial.

Gloria Sarah Bedard, 62, Sabattus, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 11, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Roger Leon Bellmore, 62, Woolwich, charged with assault on Feb. 23, 2004, dismissed.

Guillermo Benavidez, 23, North Turner, charged with operating under the influence on operating without a license on Aug. 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Eugene Raymond Benner, 42, Auburn, charged with assault on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Kristian Benner, 31, West Gardiner, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 6, 2001, and disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Sept. 28, 2001, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to $400, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; sentenced to seven days for each on second, third and fourth charges.

Patricia Bennett, 35, Auburn, charged with assault on Aug. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew Bernier, 21, Bowdoin, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 27, fined $200 by default.

Timothy Bernier, 23, Sidney, charged with operating under the influence and operating while license is suspended or revoked on Sept. 1, both charges sent to jury trial.

Brian James Berry, 25, Buxton, charged with operating after suspension on Feb. 25, 2003, found guilty, fined $200.

Jennifer D. Berube, 22, Wales, charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 17, dismissed.

Steve Bibeau, 42, Auburn, charged with reckless conduct on March 7, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and six months probation.

Tommy Birkbeck, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating an unregistered ATV and operating and ATV on a public way on Aug. 28, offense committed on first charge, fined $75; second charge dismissed.

David L. Bisson, 39, Auburn, charged with operating without a license on April 22, dismissed.

Ross D. Blais, 21, Lewiston, charged with operation of a defective vehicle on July 28, charge filed.

James J. Blanchard, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 11, and two counts of terrorizing on Sept. 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days; third charge dismissed.

Ricky S. Blouin, 23, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 31, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended.

Deanna D. Bolduc, 29, Greene, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $200.

Tarina D. Botelho, 31, Lewiston, charged with murder, transferred to Superior Court.

John Boucher, 32, Sidney, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on April 20, 2001, found guilty, ordered to pay $141.41 restitution.

Sean Boulanger, 19, Lewiston, charged with five counts of allowing a minor to possess liquor on May 15, first, second and fifth charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charge, fined $250 for each charge.

Mark D. Bourassa, 41, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 28, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Charles W. Bourgette, 41, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 29, transferred to Superior Court.

Johnny D. Briggs Jr., 34, Auburn, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility and displaying a false license or ID on May 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Mark G. Briggs, 43, Wales, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 1, sent to jury trial.

Troy Orlando Brisbane, 39, Lisbon, charged with assault on Sept. 11, transferred to Superior Court.

Ashley P. Brodeur, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on June 30, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Robert Brooks, 25, Auburn, charged with driving to endanger on July 31, dismissed.

Michael J. Bureau, 37, Buckfield, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on July 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Melissa Kimberly Burnham, 22, Dixfield, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert Burnham, 42, Auburn, charged with violating condition of release on Oct. 29, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

John F. Burns, 52, Brockton, Mass., charged with fishing without a valid license on Sept. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Jordan L. Bushman, 23, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation, operating an unregistered ATV and operating an ATV on a public way on Aug. 24, first charge transferred to Superior Court; fined $75 on second charge by default; fined $100 on third charge by default.

Luis H. Caballero, 32, Lawrence, Mass., charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $100.
