LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Thomas Cooper, 25, Auburn, charged with misuse of identification June 16, 2004, Auburn, found guilty, fined $100, ordered to pay restitution of $174.86.

Oriley Cornish, 20, Bowdoin, charged with operating under the influence, Sept. 12, 2004, Lisbon, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed April 15, 2005, license suspended 90 days.

Sarah Cornish, 23, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence, Sept. 9, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed April 15, 2005, license suspended 90 days.

Rhonda Cote, 28, Lewiston, charged with assault, Aug. 25, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $200.

Michael Couillard, 28, Livermore, charged with driving to endanger, May 31, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $100, license suspended 30 days.

Deven Coy, 19, Lewiston, charged with furnishing liquor to a minor and disorderly conduct, Nov. 20, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

John Coyle, 20, Lewiston, charged with unlawful use of license, Sept. 5, 2004, Auburn, found guilty, fined $50.

John Coyle, 20, Lewiston, charged with possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana, Sept. 4, 2004, Auburn, fined $200, both charges dismissed.

Ryan Coyle, 22, Lewiston, charged with assault, Aug. 29, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $100.

Clinton Crandel, 35, Bridgton, charged with operating under the influence, June 25, 2004, Livermore Falls, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed April 15, 2005, license suspended 90 days.

Jeffrey Cressey Sr., 51, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $100.

Donald Crocker Jr., 47, Poland, charged with disorderly conduct, Lewiston, fined $200, filed.

Douglas Cronkite, 19, Washington, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register vehicle, Sept. 19, 2004, Leeds, found guilty, fined $250 for the first charge and $75 on the second charge.

Deborah Crossman, 47, Woodstock, N.H., charged with operating vehicle without a license, Jan. 18, 2003, Turner, fined $150, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Allen Croteau, 40, Oxford, charged with operating a vehicle without a license-cond/restric, July 24, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $75.

Thomas Cunneen, 35, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, Nov. 3, 2004, Lewiston, transferred to Superior Court.

Richard Currier, 46, Lewiston, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, Aug. 16, 2004, Lewiston, transferred to Superior Court.

Brice Darling, 23, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, March 4, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Duvall Davis, 27, Lewiston, charged with assault, Sept. 12, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days, all suspended, probation for one year; charged with violating condition of release, Sept. 14, Lewiston, dismissed.

Richard Davis, 34, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence and leaving the scene of motor vehicle accident, Aug. 21, Lewiston, sent to jury trial.

Ryan Dawson, 24, Jay, charged with operating vehicle without a license, Sept. 14, 2004, Livermore Falls, found guilty, fined $100.

Briar Day, 22, Poland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, Aug. 21, 2004, Auburn, found guilty, fined $250.

Steven Dayton, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating a defective vehicle, July 5, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $125.
