AUBURN – Jeff and Joyce Hamilton of New Gloucester are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Lynne Hamilton of Auburn, to Joshua Allen Mercier of Auburn, son of Peter and Karen Mercier of Leeds.
Miss Hamilton is a 1999 graduate of Gray-New Gloucester High School and is employed at Bank North in direct banking.
Mr. Mercier is a 2002 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and is employed as assistant manager at Aubuchon Hardware.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 6.
