RUMFORD – Members of the Rumford Hospital Development Committee reviewed donor lists for the 2004-2005 annual appeal at the monthly meeting.
“We are very impressed with the generosity of our community,” said Don Cummings, committee chairman.
Before the appeal ends on June 30, the committee hopes to raise $50,000 to equip the renovated and expanded day surgery and emergency departments. “We hope to exceed our goal by several thousand dollars, because some of the gifts we’ve received to date are restricted to other departments and can’t be used for the day surgery and emergency equipment,” said Cummings.
