FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Seth Hinkley, 18, of Strong was charged with criminal mischief May 24 in Strong. He was fined $150.

Jamie A. Hobbs, 28, of Stratton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked July 2 in Stratton. He was fined $200.

Michael Hodge, 31, of Auburn was charged with burning prohibited material Aug. 22 in Chesterville. He was fined $100. For a charge of failing to extinguish fire Aug. 23 in Chesterville, he was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $300.

Dawn M. Holland, 23, of Canton was charged with permitting unlawful use of vehicle June 3 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Francis E. Horrigan, 29, of Danbury, Conn., was charged with driving under the influence June 13 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Trudy G. Howes, 43, of Chesterville was charged with assault May 15 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed. For a charge of endangering the welfare of a dependent person May 15 in Chesterville, a 60-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year.

William B. Huff, 54, of Wayland, Mass., was charged with driving a motorboat without certificate of number Aug. 21 in Industry. He was fined $100.

Marcus R. Hughes, 19, of Kingfield was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 30 in Rangeley. He was fined $400.

Marcus R. Hughes, 19, of Kingfield was charged with being a minor consuming liquor June 24 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Elijah Hutchins, 24, of Canton was charged with disorderly conduct July 26 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Ronald B. Hutchins, 61, of New Portland was charged with terrorizing May 23 in Strong. He was fined $100.

Arthur L. Hutchinson, 22, of Dixfield was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Oct. 11 in Township E. He was fined $125.

Cory J. Hutchinson, 21, of Farmington was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Sept. 21 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Harold D. Ingalls, 47, of Johnson, Vt., was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked July 19 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

John Michael Ireland, 41, of Industry was charged with reckless conduct May 1 in Industry. The case was filed.

J L Brochu, Inc. of Stratton was charged with rule violation defective coupling device Sept. 23 in Stratton. The company was fined $100.

Joan M. Jackson, 50, of Dryden was charged with criminal trespass Aug. 11 in Eustis. The case was dismissed. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 11 in Eustis, she was fined $100.

Wesley Jackson, 70, of Dryden was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Sept. 10 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Lori R. James, 41, of Farmington was charged with giving false public alarm or report June 29 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Scott A. Jani, 20, of Rangeley was charged with being a minor consuming liquor June 24 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Charles Janosky, 20, of South China was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 23 in Belgrade. He was fined $500, sentenced for seven days, and his license was suspended for one year.

Dyllan A. Jewell, 22, of Livermore Falls was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property July 10 in Chesterville. All but 120 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for one year and was ordered to make restitution of $1,500. For a charge of criminal mischief July 10 in Chesterville, all but 120 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended. Wade M. Jipson, 39, of South Paris was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 22 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $500 and was sentenced to 48 hours.

Jeffrey Johnson, 37, of Temple was charged with stalking Feb. 29 in Farmington. He was sentenced for six months and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of terrorizing Feb. 29 in Farmington, he was sentenced for six months and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of violating a protective order March 1 in Farmington, he was sentenced for six months and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of violating condition of release March 2 in Farmington, he was sentenced for six months and his probation was partially revoked.

Jeffrey Johnson, 37, of Temple was charged with violating protective order Aug. 4 in Temple. He was sentenced for six months.

Jeffrey B. Johnson, 37, of Temple was charged with violating a protective order Nov. 9 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Laure L. Johnson, 20, of Kingfield was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Aug. 8 in Farmington. Johnson was fined $200.

Kyle Jones, 20, of Lisbon was charged with driving under the influence May 29 in Rangeley. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving a vehicle without a license May 29 in Rangeley was dismissed.

Mike Jones, 21, of Skowhegan was charged with possession of marijuana May 29 in New Sharon. He was fined $200. For a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 29 in New Sharon, he was fined $100.

Rice Balamaor Jones, 34, of Wilton was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 22 in Wilton. Jones was fined $150.

Rice Balamaor Jones, 34, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence, driving without proof of financial responsibility and with failing to make oral or written accident report Aug. 25 in Jay. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court.
