Carolyn Deberry, 25, Lewiston, charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, Aug. 11, 2004, Lewiston, transferred to Superior Court.

Cornelius Degelder, 61, Woodstock, charged with rule violation, duty status not current, July 22, 2004, Auburn, found guilty, fined $250.

Francis P. Demers, 29, Poland, charged with operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, Sept. 23, 2004, Poland, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, stayed April 15, 2005, license suspended 90 days on the first charge; fined $100 on the second charge, suspended.

Scott Demers, 21, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence, July 4, 2004, Greene, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

Donald Demmons, 39, Thomaston, charged with rule violation, operation 11 hour rule, Aug. 17, 2004, Auburn, found guilty, fined $250.

Scott Dingwell, 25, Gray, charged with aggravated assault, Sept. 24, 2004, Lewiston, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael Dobson, 21, New Gloucester, charged with disorderly conduct, Sept. 18, 2004, Lisbon, found guilty, fined $100.

Barry Dolloff, 43, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence, Dec. 14, 2003, Lewiston, sent to jury trial.

Faith Doughty, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, Sept. 21, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $250.

Joanna E. Dove, 21, Lewiston, charged with representing another’s license or ID as own on Dec. 2, 2003, filed, fined $100.

Joseph M. Dow, 19, Turner, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 8, found guilty, fined $500.

Robert Lewis Doyle, 36, Gray, charged with criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 and $3 restitution on second charge.

Mark A. Drown, 36, Livermore, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Peter A. Drown Jr., Livermore, charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on July 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Jamie Catherine Dube, 25, Lewiston, charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Aug. 31, and criminal threatening and assault on Oct. 2, found guilty on all charges, fined $150 for first charge; sentenced to 120 with all suspended and one year probation for each on second and third charges.

Katherine L. Dube, 28, Lewiston, charged with endangering the welfare of a child and reckless conduct on Aug. 4, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.

Nathan P. Dube, 31, Lewiston, charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $150.

Alexander Duff, 24, Auburn, charged with assault on Oct. 29, 2003, unconditional release.

David C. Duff, 56, Poland, charged with operating under the influence on July 24, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for four years.

Melissa Dunphy, 34, New Gloucester, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael G. Duran, 19, Chelsea, Mass., charged with attaching false plates on Sept. 19, found guilty, fined $75.
