PARIS – Worship with music will be the focus of the 10 a.m. service at the First Universalist Church, 36 Pine St., South Paris, on Sunday, Jan. 30.
The participants will be Renee Wales, Jeannie Whittemore, Terry Twitchell and Forest Perkins, church organist. Works composed by J.S. Bach and the “Medley of Hymns” will be included.
Sunday school will be in session under the direction of Renee Wales. Child care will be provided, and the coffee hour will follow in Good Cheer Hall. Everyone is welcome.
Luncheon meet
BRIDGTON – The Lakes Region Healthy Communities Coalition will hold a luncheon meeting at noon Tuesday, Feb. 1, at the Bridgton Community Center, 15 Depot St.
The guest speaker will be Patty Duguay, River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition in Rumford. Lunch will be provided. A donation of $3 is suggested.
The coalition is a group of residents who meet monthly to cultivate physical, environmental, cultural and economic health throughout the towns of the Lakes Region. Everyone is invited.
