Scott W. Durgin, 27, Poland, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Glendon Scott Edwards, 33, Minot, charged with operating after revocation on Aug. 5, and assault and violating condition of release on Oct. 12, first charge transferred to Superior Court, second and third charges dismissed.

Scott Eells, 37, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 19, dismissed.

Nicholas R. Elian, 19, South China, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor on Sept. 11, fined $100 and license suspended by default.

Warren D. Elliott, 74, Livermore Falls, charged with reckless conduct on Sept. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

James Ellis, 24, Auburn, charged with driving to endanger on Aug. 21, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to five days and license suspended for 30 days.

Thomas Englehart, 33, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 6, found guilty, fined $200 and sentenced to two days.

Jasen W. Erickson, 35, Poland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Sept. 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 for first charge; fined $50 for second charge.

Jill Ewing, 20, Scarborough, charged with possession of marijuana on May 26, filed, fined $100.

David W. Faller, 32, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Margaret E. Farnum, 20, Lewiston, charged with representing another’s license or ID as own on Sept. 15, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher Farrington, 24, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, criminal speed, and possession of marijuana on July 11, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $250 for first charge; fined $300 for second charge; third charge dismissed.

Leon R. Farrington, 35, Auburn, charged with assault on Oct. 27, 2002, probation violation, sentenced to six months and probation partially revoked.

Reginald E. Farrington, 37, Lewiston, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation on May 10, transferred to Superior Court.

Christian Douglas Gadoury, 37, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on Sept. 2, 2001, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.
