Jacqueline Bolduc, 45, Otisfield, charged with leaving scene of motor vehicle accident and failing to make oral or written accident report, May 14, 2004, Norway, found guilty on the first charge, fined $250, second charge dismissed.

Derek Boutilier, 27, Waterford, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, Sept. 10, 2004, Albany Township, transferred to Superior Court.

Scott Bowie, 29, Oxford, charged with attaching false plates, Aug. 1, 2004, Oxford, found guilty, fined $50.

Joshua Bradbury, 23, Harrison, charged with unlawful use of license, Aug. 28, 2004, Paris, dismissed.

Kathy Bragg, 44, Hartford, charged with allowing dog to be at large and keeping a dangerous dog, July 19, 2004, Hartford, adjudicated, fined $100 on the first charge, $100 suspended, fined $250 on the second charge.

John Brooks, 32, Westbrook, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, Nov. 13, 2004, Norway, found guilty and fined $250.

Jocelynn A. Heath, 52, South Paris, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Nov. 19, waived, fined $100.

Josiah J. Heath, 26, South Paris, charged with terrorizing on July 24, filed with no cost.

Evan B. Henley, 18, Waterford, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 16, both charges adjudicated, fined $200 and license suspended for 30 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

James L. Iacono, 37, Newton, N.H., charged with operating a vehicle without a license on June 17, found guilty, fined $100.
