RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Kenneth W. Adley, 40, Rumford charged with terrorizing and two counts of assault on Nov. 28, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 60 days with all but 40 days suspended and 60 hours community service.

Randy Arnett, 35, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on Aug. 13, dismissed.

Christopher Arsenault, 38, Mexico, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 15, dismissed.

Mark Arsenault, 44, Mexico, charged with three counts of assault on Dec. 7, all charges sent to jury trial.

Peter Ayer, 58, Andover, charged with assault on Sept. 3, dismissed.

Samantha J. Belyea, 25, Rumford, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 24, dismissed.

Derek J. Brooks, 22, Buckfield, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and driving to endanger on Aug. 17, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $200 and license suspended for 30 days on second charge.

Darren L. Costa, 39, Jay, charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 11, 2000, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to nine months and one day and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Robert W. Day, 36, Mexico, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 10, dismissed.

Christopher S. Demanche, 29, Brunswick, charged with an operation without duty status record rule violation, dismissed.

Jesse R. Farrington, 20, South Paris, charged with violation of condition of release on Sept. 6, dismissed.

Thomas Farrington, 23, Livermore Falls, charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on April 9, 2003, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Brice C. Gammon, 24, Andover, charged with assault on Sept. 4, dismissed.

Brian J. Gardner, 22, Mexico, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 25, adjudicated, fined $200.

Timothy L. Gotto, 45, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct and violation of condition of release on July 31 and violation of condition of release on Nov. 12, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 days for each charge.

Charles Harbeck, 51, Bethel, charged with criminal speed on Sept. 26, dismissed.

Richard J. Hersom, 34, Wilmington, Mass., charged with operating a snowmobile on a plowed road on Dec. 26, waived, fined $100.

Albert F. Hewins III, 20, Leeds, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 4, adjudicated, fined $200.

Jennifer A. Hodgkins, 23, Mexico, charged with assault on March 7, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Tracy Howard, 33, Mexico, charged with violation of a protective order from harassment on Aug. 27, filed with no cost.

Christopher E. Leclair, 26, Rumford, charged with assault and violation of condition of release on June 25, both charges dismissed.

Shane Lindus, 24, Mexico, charged with cultivating marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 24, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Melissa Lufkin, 22, Peru, charged with assault on Sept. 15, filed with no cost.

Corey A. Mawhinney, 28, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 1, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Shannon M. Merriam, 34, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct and assault on July 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Michael D. Richard, 50, Rumford, charge with assault on Nov. 1, sent to jury trial.

Aaron B. Robin, 19, Rumford Center, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Aug. 22, first charge dismissed; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Chanda Sanfratello, 25, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of assault on Sept. 26, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Timothy R. Smith, 36, East Andover, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 28, sent to jury trial.

Dwight Storer III, 41, Wilmington, Mass., charged with operating a snowmobile on a paved road on Dec. 26, waived, fined $100.

Katie Tucker, 24, Rumford, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 10, filed.

Wendy J. Varney, 29, Rumford, charged with operating after suspension on June 5, found guilty, fined $300.
