FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Stephen P. Keddy, 20, of Douglas, Mass., was charged with being a minor possessing liquor July 3 in Rangeley. He was fined $250.

Steven J. Keith, 51, of Peabody, Mass., was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit Aug. 7 in Weld. He was fined $68.

Richard W. Kelly III, 19, of Dryden was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 21 in Strong. He was fined $100. For a charge of being a minor transporting liquor May 21 in Strong, he was fined $200 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Eric H. Kelmenson, 18, of Hampden was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 17 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

Patricia L. Kemp, 19, of Phillips was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 22 in Avon. She was fined $500.

Matthew Kennedy, 32, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 9 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Bradley A. Kenneth Jr., 26, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence July 16 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Larry W. Kent, 63, of Farmington was charged with driving to endanger July 10 in Farmington. He was fined $250 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Robert J. Keoskie, 31, of Farmington was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 18 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

Robert J. Keoskie, 31, of Farmington was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property July 19 in Salem. He was sentenced for 48 hours and ordered to make restitution of $187.64.

Gerald C. Kilbreth, 58, of Mexico was charged with assault Sept. 15 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Lori R. Kincaid, 38, of Farmington was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Oct. 20 in Farmington. She was fined $300.

Richard W. King, 67, of Stratton was charged with assault May 19 in Eustis. The case was dismissed.

Allison Knowles, 24, of Phillips was charged with driving a motor vehicle after revocation June 2 in Salem. Probable cause was found.

Bert W. Knox, 38, of Carthage was charged with criminal mischief Aug. 18 in Carthage. The case was dismissed. For a second charge of criminal mischief Aug. 18 in Carthage, he was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $30. For a charge of violating condition of release Aug. 18 in Carthage, he was fined $100.

Bert W. Knox, 38, of Carthage was charged with criminal trespass July 24 in Carthage. The case was dismissed.

Valorie Knox, 19, of Farmington was charged with criminal mischief June 14 in Farmington. She was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $500.

John B. Korhonen, 34, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 5 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Danielle R. Krauss, 21, of East Wilton was charged with driving under the influence July 21 in Farmington. She was fined $400 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

David Krueger, 20, of Cohasset, Mass., was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 25 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

David Krueger, 20, of Cohasset, Mass., was charged with failure to appear on civil violation summons June 19 in Farmington. He was fined $50.

Justin M. Kuhni, 27, of Kingfield was charged with three charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Sept. 17 in Stratton/Eustis. Probable cause was found for all three charges.

Scott B. Labbe, 39, of Farmington was charged with assault Oct. 9 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Christian Labonte, 52, of Sherbrooke was charged with unlawfully trolling fly fishing Sept. 25 in Coburn Gore. He was fined $100.

Allan R. Ladd, 52, of Wilton was charged with driving after suspension April 23 in Wilton. The case was filed.

Kenneth M. Ladd Jr., 50, of Farmington was charged with criminal trespass Oct. 8 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Melanee Ladd, 29, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 3 in Rangeley. She was fined $700, sentenced for seven days and her license was suspended for 18 months.

Cyndie A. Lagrange, 41, of Wilton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 10 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Arnold L. Lake, 57, of Farmington was charged with unlawful sexual contact and with unlawful sexual touching June 16 in New Sharon. Both charges were filed.

Thomas Lake, 31, of Farmington was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident May 31 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jason J. Lamore, 19, of Saco was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Aug. 30 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Michelle R. Lamoureux, 19, of Farmington was charged with being a minor consuming liquor Sept. 14 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

James R. Lapointe, 51, of Oquossoc was charged with driving under the influence July 9 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin R. Lapointe, 41, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijauna Oct. 10 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Conrad R. Larue, 66, of West Gardiner was charged with driving an ATV on a public way July 3 in Chain of Ponds Township. He was fined $100.

Gerard Larue, 41, of Lewiston was charged with driving an ATV on a public way July 3 in Chain of Ponds Township. He was fined $100.

Courtney N. Laverdiere, 20, of Portland was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 21 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Jonathan E. Lawless, 22, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 6 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jonathan E. Lawless, 22, of Farmington was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and with possession of marijuana Aug. 6 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed.

Daniel Leblanc, 20, of Providence, R.I., was charged with being a minor possessing liquor July 3 in Rangeley. He was fined $250.

Daniel Leblanc, 20, of North Attleborough, Mass., was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Aug. 7 in Rangeley. He was fined $125. For a charge of being a minor transporting liquor Aug. 7 in Rangeley, he was fined $250 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Christopher E. LeClair, 26, of Rumford was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument June 10 in Phillips. He was fined $100.

Timothy E. Lee, 27, of Farmington was charged with driving after suspension June 19 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Anthony Lefebvre, 40, of Livermore Falls was charged with allowing child to operate ATV July 12 in Chesterville. He was fined $100.

Kenneth R. Lemke, 19, of Mullica Hill, N.J., was charged with being a minor possessing liquor June 20 in Freeman Twp. He was fined $250.

Brian Lepage, 43, of Skowhegan was charged with driving after suspension June 5 in Wilton. He was fined $300.

James J. Letourneau, 43, of Carrabassett Valley was charged with driving after suspension April 11 in Eustis. He was fined $200.

Brian Lewis, 45, of Rangeley was charged with violating protective order Oct. 30 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Ross A. Lewis, 44, of Bangor was charged with disorderly conduct Sept. 25 in Farmington. He was sentenced to 24 hours.

Tammy-Lee Libby, 34, of Kingfield was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 12 in Kingfield. She was fined $250. A charge of failure to register vehicle Sept. 12 in Kingfield was dismissed.

Daniel M. Lightbody, 18, of New Vineyard was charged with carrying a concealed weapon June 9 in Farmington. He was fined $100.
