Elijah Hutchins, 24, Canton, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on Sept. 21, 2003, found guilty, fined $50, ordered to pay restitution of $27.

Richard D. Hutchins, 43, Minot, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Jeffrey Hyde, 43, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release and terrorizing on Aug. 17, transferred to Superior Court.

Stacey Hyde, 32, Topsham, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, found guilty, fined $300.

Tina Ingerson, 32, Sabattus, charged with passing stopped school bus, on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Patrick A. Jackson, 28, Auburn, charged with theft by receiving stolen property on July 28, transferred to Superior Court.

Chris R. Jalbert, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating ATV on railroad tracks on Sept. 20, offense committed, fined $100.

Everett W. Jankowski, 36, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 2, found guilty, sentenced to four days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Donna Jenkins, 40, Lewiston, charged with assault on Nov. 4, dismissed.

Sonya M. Jennings, 21, Lewiston, charged with assault on March 18, 2003, sentenced to 14 days in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, probation partially revoked.

Teresa Jerolman, 21, Augusta, charged with assault on July 6, 2002, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Michael Scott Anthony Leeman, 22, Lewiston, charged with assault, terrorizing, and criminal mischief on Sept. 9, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to nine months in Androscoggin County Jail, all but 15 days suspended, probation two years, second charge dismissed, found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 15 days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Richard Leet, 44, Lewiston, charged with violating protective order on Sept. 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeremie Lemay, 18, Litchfield, charged with criminal mischief on Oct. 7, found guilty, ordered to pay restitution of $5, community service of 10 hours.
