SOUTH PARIS – The following cases have been heard in 11th District Court:

Amanda K. Johnson, 18, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence and attaching false plates on Nov. 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Joshua E. Jones, 30, Stoneham, charged with hunting with firearms without wearing hunter orange on Nov. 9, waived, fined $100.

Merritt S. Kimball, 58, Waterford, charged with assault on Aug. 3, filed with no cost.

Merton W. Knightly, 53, West Paris, charged with cultivating marijuana on July 1, found guilty, fined $200.

William K. Lachance, 32, Canton, charged with two counts of violating a protective order on July 22, both charges filed with no cost.

Richard R. Larsen, 51, Oxford, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Sept. 26, both charges sent to jury trial.

Shannon Leonard, 25, Woodstock, charged with assault on June 20, filed with no cost.

Lance R. Levesque, 34, Oxford, charged with unlawful use of a license on July 25, found guilty, fined $100.

David T. Marshall, 20, Oxford, charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 19, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Ricky Marston Jr., 28, Peru, charged with failing to make an oral or written accident report on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Alden Mason, 32, Otisfield, charged with gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact on July 24, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Michael E. Mazul, 20, South Paris, charged with obstructing the report of a crime on Dec. 1, found guilty, fined $200.

Garrett D. McCafferty, 19, Turner, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 27, transferred to Superior Court.

Jared P. McCourt, 18, Jay, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of liquor by a minor on July 17, first charge dismissed; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Kenneth J. McKenna, 31, Portland, charged with aggravated trafficking, furnishing or cultivating of scheduled drugs on Sept. 10, transferred to Superior Court.

James McNeil, 25, Norway, charged with criminal mischief on Oct. 2, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Davina Meader, 22, South Paris, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 6, found guilty, fined $250.

Johnna S. Mefford, 19, Otisfield, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and transportation of liquor by a minor on July 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Chester Merriam III, 25, Sumner, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin W. Merrill, 19, South Paris, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Feb. 18, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400 and license suspended for 60 days.

Hartley L. Millett, 35, Oxford, charged with driving to endanger on Aug. 14, found guilty, fined $200 and license suspended for 30 days.

Anthony Moore, 28, Norway, charged with cultivating marijuana, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 14, terrorizing on Aug. 11, and obstructing the report of a crime and two counts of assault on Aug. 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second through eighth charges dismissed.

Joshua Morin, 18, South Paris, charged with obstructing the report of a crime and transportation of liquor by a minor on Nov. 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Nicholas D. Morin, 26, Monmouth, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $750.

Lionel F. Noble, 31, Oxford, charged with assault on July 22, 2002, probation violation, sentenced to six months and probation revoked.

Claude Palmer Jr., 39, Otisfield, charged with terrorizing on May 31, sent to jury trial.

Terrill Parker Jr., 33, Norway, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 13, dismissed.

Daniel J. Paul, 24, Buckfield, charged with assault on Sept. 25, transferred to Superior Court.

Erickson Marcelino Pena, 23, Dorchester, Mass., charged with aggravated forgery on Sept. 28, transferred to Superior Court.

William L. Pepin, 34, Auburn, charged with tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on Aug. 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Adam W. Plante, 23, Oxford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert L. Powell, 43, Salem, Mass., charged with assault on Aug. 19, 2003 and criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime on Sept. 25, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to 40 days and probation partially revoked; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 40 days; third charge dismissed.

Richard A. Priest, 30, Otisfield, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and cultivating marijuana on Sept. 10, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Raymond Arthur Prue Jr., 52, Norway, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Nov. 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Jason Purcell, 30, Halifax, Nova Scotia, charged with operating under the influence and failure to register a vehicle on July 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Pete A. Quirrion, 38, Norway, charged with attaching false plates on Nov. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Donald Record, 41, Oxford, charged with assault on July 30, filed, fined $75.

Robert W. Reese, 20, South Paris, charged with operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Sept. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $100.
