FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Karla Lilley, 46, of New Sharon was charged with assault Nov. 6 in New Sharon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Rita M. Lindgren, 44, of Stratton was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility May 30 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Derick R. Littlefield, 21, of Strong was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 23 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Shawn Lord, 21, of Eustis was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug Aug. 12 in Eustis. He was fined $500. A charge of criminal trespass Aug. 11 in Eustis was dismissed. For a charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked Aug. 12 in Eustis, he was fined $300. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 11 in Eustis, he was sentenced to seven days.

Jacob R. Losey, 27, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence June 19 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin J. Lounsbury, 27, of Unity was charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates June 20 in Avon. He was fined $150.

Helena L. Luick, 25, of Carthage was charged with driving a watercraft without safety equipment Aug. 7 in Weld. Luick was fined $50.

Wallace G. Luker Jr., 49, of Nantucket, Mass., was charged with driving a motorboat without certificate of number Aug. 8 in Industry. He was fined $125.

Alan MacDonald, 49, of Farmington was charged with assault May 21 in Farmington. All but 120 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.

Gerald R. Mack, 26, of Skowhegan was charged with driving after suspension June 9 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $800.

Prudence Emily Maheu, 25, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 21 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Scott M. Maillet, 39, of Chesterville was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog June 3 in Chesterville. He was fined $50.

Matthew J. Marino, 29, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence July 24 in New Vineyard. He was fined $600, sentenced to five days and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit July 24 in New Vineyard was dismissed.

Sally J. Marquis, 37, of St. Albans was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Aug. 13 in Carrabassett Valley. She was fined $250.

Justin Marshall, 22, of Portland was charged with driving an unregistered ATV April 18 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100. For a charge of driving an ATV on a public way April 18 in Carrabassett Valley, he was fined $100.

Anthony J. Martin, 44, of Howland was charged with driving under the influence July 30 in Eustis. He was fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 30 in Eustis, he was fined $500. A charge of driving a vehicle without a license July 30 in Eustis was dismissed.

Donald Martin, 45, of Eustis was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Aug. 28 in Eustis. He was fined $125. For a charge of possession of marijuana Aug. 28 in Eustis, he was fined $250.

James F. Martin, 49, of Barrington, N.H., was charged with violation of ATV rule Oct. 9 in Rangeley. He was fined $100. For a charge of violation of ATV rule Oct. 9 in Rangeley, he was fined $100.

Kaylee J. Martin, 20, of Dixfield was charged with being a minor consuming liquor July 21 in Carthage. The case was filed.

Harold W. Mason, 30, of Chesterville was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog June 3 in Chesterville. He was fined $50.

Stephen L. Masterman, 54, of Jay was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Sept. 15 in Jay. The case was dismissed.

Philip R. Mattei Jr., 32, of Carrabassett Valley was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 1 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Paul M. Mattingly, 30, of North Anson was charged with driving after suspension April 15 in New Vineyard. The case was filed.

Crystal A. Matuszak, 20, of Stratton was charged with possession of hypodermic apparatuses Aug. 12 in Stratton. She was fined $250. For a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Aug. 12 in Stratton, she was fined $250.

Bryan T. McCue, 19, of Holloman, N.M., was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit Aug. 7 in Wilton. He was fined $68.

April L. McDonald, 21, of Jay was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument April 28 in Jay. The case was filed.

Shawn T. McDonald, 43, of Wilton was charged with shooting from motor vehicle or motorboat Nov. 25 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Andrew A. McGarvey, 32, of Stratton was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked Aug. 14 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Marie McIntosh, 37, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence March 11 in Phillips. She was fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and ordered to perform 10 hours of community service.

Angela McKenna-Mason, 26, of New Sharon was charged with driving after suspension May 25 in New Sharon. She was fined $400.

Theodore McLaughlin, 39, of Dixfield was charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor June 17 in Carthage. He was fined $400.

Kevin D. McLean, 40, of East Dixfield was charged with driving an unregistered ATV Aug. 4 in Carthage. He was fined $100.

Sheri Lynn McPherson, 35, of Jay was charged with driving to endanger June 6 in Farmington. She was fined $300 and her license was suspended for 30 days.

Michael R. Meeks, 29, of Farmington was charged with driving after suspension June 24 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Larry Melcher Jr., 38, of Jay was charged with issuing substandard inspection certificate Jan. 13 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Joshua G. Mercer, 20, of Jay was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug June 29 in Avon. He was sentenced to 48 hours.
