LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Raymond Lemieux, 43, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on May 28, dismissed.

Janet L. Lemire, 43, South Paris, charged with operating after suspension on June 25, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Katherine Lemm, 40, Poland, charged with operating under the influence – no test, one prior and unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 3, sent to jury trial.

Norma L. Leonard, 46, Lewiston, charged with assault on Oct. 31, dismissed.

Richard E. Lessard, 50, Lewiston, charged with two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 for each charge.

Richard Ernest Lessard, 50, Lewiston, charged with assault and violating condition of release on Oct. 16, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeff D. Letourneau, 28, Topsham, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Keith M. Levasseur, 22, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension on June 3, dismissed.

Keith M. Levasseur, 22, Greene, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on April 22, found guilty, fined $75, ordered to pay restitution of $339.54.

Patrick R. Levasseur, 20, Auburn, charged with operating vehicle without a license on June 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Patrick R. Levasseur, 20, Turner, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 11, found guilty, fined $250.

Jason Paul Levesque, 30, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating under the influence and operating ATV on a public way on June 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, offense committed on second charge, fined $75.

Joshua Levesque, 21, Auburn, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit, and attaching false plates on Sept. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, second charge dismissed.

Lily Transportation Corp, Needham, Mass., charged with failing to obtain operating authority license on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $200.

Sally A. Litalien, 40, Minot, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Daniel Locke, 36, Auburn/Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass and assault on Sept. 13, both charges sent to jury trial.

Daniel M. Locke, 36, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $150.

Christopher P. Lord, 30, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 26, found guilty, fined $75.

Jacob Lovejoy, 22, Freeport, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 2, dismissed.

Jacob Lovejoy, 22, Freeport, charged with criminal mischief on June 2, dismissed.

Richard P. Lowell, 39, Sabattus, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI on Sept. 15, sent to jury trial.

Thomas Edward Lumpkin, 27, Lewiston, charged with violating protective order and violating condition of release on Nov. 29, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to seven days in Androscoggin County Jail for each charge.

Joseph H. Lynch, 60, Portland, charged with violating protective order and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 24, sentenced to five days in Androscoggin County Jail for each charge, probation partially revoked, probation continued for each charge.

Danyielle M. MacMaster, 20, Gardiner, charged with operating under the influence on June 29, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

Maine Source, Poland, charged with rule violation defective steer control component on Nov. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Shawn P. Malia, 32, Lewiston, charged with rule violation, duty status not current on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Donald H. Malone, 34, Lewiston, charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention on July 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Michaelle Marquis, 22, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 24, offense committed, fined $200.

Pamela A. Marshall, 23, Lewiston, charged with failing to notify operator of unattended vehicle collision and attaching false motor vehicle plates on March 6, found guilty on first charge fined $75, found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Ryan Marshall, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Michelle Marston, 33, Stetson, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $200.

John Mason, 67, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass and violating condition of release on Oct. 4, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 14 days in Androscoggin County Jail for each charge.

Adrian Maurais, 19, Lewiston, charged with being a minor transporting liquor on Sept. 4, offense committed, fined $100, license suspended 30 days.

Russell A. Mawhinney, 56, Dixfield, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 1, sent to jury trial.

Terry S. May, 39, Leeds, charged with rule violation missing or broken brake components on Sept. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Jackie Sarah McBurnie, 23, Lisbon, charged with protective order from harassment violation on Sept. 12, sent to jury trial.

Mark E. McCollister, 22, Auburn, charged with terrorizing on Nov. 9, dismissed.

April A. McDonald, 21, Livermore Falls, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on May 16, found guilty, fined $50.

Brenda A. McNeal, 46, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 14, filed with no cost.

William I. McNeil, 50, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening on Jan. 4, dismissed.

Edward Emile McQuarrie, 40, Lewiston, charged with assault on Sept. 19, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all suspended, probation two years.

Kenneth G. Meisner, 27, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $200, suspended $200, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.
