FARMINGTON — Christina Mosher racked up 30 points and 18 rebounds to spark Mt. Blue to an easy 70-33 win over Morse in a KVAC girls’ basketball matchup Tuesday.
Bonnie Silkman contributed 17 points and eight rebounds for the Cougars (11-1). Mt. Blue put together a 37-9 second half to secure the victory.
Jill Henrickson led the Shipbuilders (4-8) with 16 points.
Oxford Hills 42, Medomak Valley 39
SOUTH PARIS – Kristina Bowden scored 15 points as Oxford Hills hung on for a 42-39 victory over Medomak Valley.
Kelly Sunderland came up with two key steals late in the game to seal the victory for the Vikings (9-2). Kari Pelletier added 8 points for Oxford Hills.
Nikki Brown scored 10 points for Medomak Valley (2-10).
Skowhegan 51, Lewiston 32
SKOWHEGAN – Beth Sevey tallied 12 points to lead Skowhegan to a 51-32 victory over Lewiston.
Showhegan held a 22-13 lead at the break, then put the game out of reach with a 21-point tally in the final quarter.
Julie Paradie chipped in for the Indians (10-1) with eight points.
The Blue Devils (6-5) were led by Tracy Bradley with 12 points, while Mallory Long added seven.
Maranacook 64, Oak Hill 38
WALES – Toby Martin poured in a game-high 27 points Tuesday to propel Maranacook to a 64-38 win over Oak Hill.
Maranacook held a narrow 21-18 lead at the break, then went on a 26-6 run in the third quarter to pull away for the win.
Kristi Violette and Shannon Bean chipped in for the Black Bears with 12 points apiece.
Amber Chapman led the Raiders (0-14) with 16 points, while Emily Sabine and Kristen Eaton added seven apiece.
