SOUTH PARIS – The following cases have been heard in 11th District Court:

Jamie Robbins, 21, Durham, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Linda Lou Roberts, 48, South Paris, charged with forgery on Aug. 16, transferred to Superior Court.

Lisa J. Schwenk, 33, Windham, charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on July 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second and third charges dismissed.

Loretta L. Segars, 31, New Gloucester, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Christopher L. Sequeira, 24, Windham, charged with operating after suspension, driving to endanger, criminal speed and displaying a false license or ID on Feb. 1, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $700 and license suspended for 30 days on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Ashley Smith, 18, Harrison, charged with burglary and criminal threatening on Oct. 21, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Justin Stanton, 21, Waterford, charged with assault on Aug. 19 and operating without a license on Oct. 26, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $125 on second charge.

Derek J. Stetson, 28, New Gloucester, charged with criminal speed on June 27, dismissed.

James Stubbs, 48, South Paris, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 20, found guilty, fined $500.

Amanda F. Tapley, 23, Norway, charged with assault on July 18, dismissed.

Kurt A. Thurston, 26, Andover, charged with assault on Nov. 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Willis Torrey, 37, Norway, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Oct. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

Todd Tracy, 36, Waterboro, charged with aggravated assault on Oct. 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael F. Treadwell, 41, Minot, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 24, transferred to Superior Court.

Heather Turcotte, 21, Lewiston, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on July 9, filed, fined $100.

John Turmenne, 40, South Paris, charged with assault on an officer on Oct. 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael E. Vanworthe, 18, Norway, charged with aggravated assault, aggravated criminal mischief and two counts of assault on an officer on Oct. 18, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Lisa M. Vining, 37, Buckfield, charged with assault on May 30, filed with no cost.

Mariah R. White, 23, South Paris, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 25, fined $250 on first charge by default; fined $125 on second charge by default.

Myron L. Winslow, 30, Bryant Pond, charged with failure to present an ATV registration on Nov. 11, waived, fined $100.

Kyle D. York, 20, Bethel, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Scott A. Young, 19, Norway, charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 15, dismissed.

Carl J. Zammuto, 19, South Paris, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on July 8 and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Aug. 18, fined $250 on first charge by default; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.
