FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Luciann T. Merrill, 48, of Solon was charged with driving after suspension June 27 in Farmington. Merrill was fined $200.

Robert D. Merrill, 31, of South Paris was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 22 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $500 and was sentenced for 48 hours.

Rod L. Merrill, 32, of Farmington was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug Sept. 19 in Farmington. For a second charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Sept. 19 in Farmington, he was fined $200 and was sentenced for 48 hours.

Rod L. Merrill, 32, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana Sept. 19 in Farmington. He was fined $300.

Reggie Michaud, 60, of Livermore Falls was charged with permitting unlawful use Aug. 1 in Farmington. He was fined $150.

Susan J. Michaud, 38, of Livermore was charged with attaching false plates Aug. 1 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Blaine N. Miller, 37, of Solon was charged with failure to register vehicle Oct. 23 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

Charles E. Miller Jr, 31, of Shelton, Conn., was charged with driving after license suspension Sept. 30 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Robert M. Mims, Jr, 29, of Quincy, Mass., was charged with driving after suspension Dec. 26 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Alan J. Mitchell, 18, of Smithfield was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 25 in New Sharon. He was fined $100.

Judy L. Mitchell, 37, of Phillips was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 19 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Leslie A. Mitchell, 28, of Livermore Falls was charged with harassment by telephone June 11 in Jay. The case was dismissed.

Dominic Tebojo Modise, 30, of New Orleans, La., was charged with driving under the influence July 18 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger July 18 in Farmington, he was fined $300 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Jennifer L. Monaghan, 21, of Orlando, Fla., was charged with being a minor transporting liquor July 3 in Jay. She was fined $200 and her license was suspended for 30 days.

Billy J. Moody, 28, of Jay was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument April 13 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Shawn M. Moore, 34, of Livermore Falls was charged with assault, terrorizing and violating condition of release Sept. 6 in Farmington. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court.

David Moors, 20, of Yarmouth was charged with burning without a permit Aug. 15 in Eustis. He was fined $50.

Christopher Anthony Moras, 18, of Jay was charged with driving an ATV on a public way May 31 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Brian M. Moreau, 28, of Auburn was charged with kindling a fire without permit Aug. 1 in Jim Pond Twp. He was fined $100.

William E. Morgan, 34, of Auburn was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Sept. 13 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Derek Morin, 20, of Weymouth, Mass., was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Aug. 18 in Weld. He was fined $200.

Jody Patrick Morris, 28, of East Livermore was charged with speeding 30 mph over speed limit Oct. 16 in Chesterville. Morris was fined $300.

Douglas C. Morton, 33, of Rangeley was charged with driving to endanger April 11 in Rangeley. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 60 days.

Herbert C. Mosher III, 30, of Temple was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog Oct. 11 in Temple. He was fined $50. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large Oct. 11 in Temple, he was fined $50.

Sara K. Mulholland, 20, of Rangeley was charged with being a minor possessing liquor June 24 in Rangeley. She was fined $200.

Michael Muller, 26, of Boston, Mass., was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit Aug. 22 in Wilton. He was fined $68.

Michele Munson, 18, of Jay was charged with failure to register vehicle Oct. 23 in Jay. She was fined $100.

Tamara E. Murray, 37, of Woodland was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Sept. 6 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew P. Noke, 23, of Lincolnville was charged with driving a vehicle without a license Oct. 1 in New Sharon. He was sentenced for 48 hours.

Ryan R. Nemi, 22, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 13 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Benjamin A. Newell, 20, of Kingfield was charged with driving an ATV on a public way Aug. 29 in Freeman Township. He was fined $125.

Chester L. Newell Jr., 45, of Oakland was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 30 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 30 in Farmington was dimissed.

Ryan S. Nezol, 22, of Farmington was charged with allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor Aug. 8 in Farmington. He was fined $300.

Ryan S. Nezol, 22, of Farmington was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Aug. 8 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Matthew R. Nickerson, 20, of Kingfield was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor Aug. 8 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Matthew R. Nickerson, 20, of Kingfield was charged being a minor possessing liquor Aug. 8 in Farmington. He was fined $500.
