Feitgerald C. Melton, 40, Mobile, Ala., charged with rule violation, failing to possess previous seven days status on July 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Wilton A. Merchant, 21, Leeds, charged with permit unlawful use on Sept. 19, found guilty, fined 475.

Katherine J. Mercier, 39, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Scott A. Merrill, 20, Lisbon, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $250.

Wayne A. Merrill Jr., 21, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 12, by default, fined $200 on first charge, by default, fined $75 on second charge.

Marvin Merryman, 26, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, on Sept. 12, found guilty, fined $500.

Ralph Metcalf, 26, Rumford, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on June 29, found guilty, fined $75, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $175.

Melanie Michael, 25, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 31, dismissed.

Justin J. Michaud, 23, Auburn, charged with assault and obstructing report of crime on Aug. 28, sent to jury trial.

Mark Miller, 41, Los Bands, Calif., charged with rule violation, duty status not current on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Kalvin N. Mitchell, 33, Livermore Falls, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on July 15,, transferred to Superior Court.

James K. Mockler, 37, Bowdoin, charged with eluding an officer on Aug. 31, transferred to Superior Court.

Mohamed A. Mohamed, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without a license on June 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Scott R. Mondor, 30, South Paris, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on April 15, dismissed.

Chad H. Monnie, 34, Meadville, Penn., charged with rule violation, duty status not current on Nov. 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Colleen L. Montanez, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 17, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Billy Moore, 28, Jay, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior and failing to stop for officer on Sept. 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, found guilty on second charged fined $100.

James D. Moreshead, 46, Auburn, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on Aug. 7,transferred to Superior Court.

Brian Allen Morin, 21, Lewiston, charged with indecent conduct, two counts of visual sexual aggression against a child, two counts of assault and criminal trespass on Aug. 29, sentenced to 30 days in Androscoggin County jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued on first, probation revoked on second, third and fourth charge, sentenced to 364 days in Androscoggin County jail, all but 38 days suspended on fourth charge, sentenced to 364 days in Androscoggin County jail, all but 38 days suspended on fifth charge, probation revoked on sixth charge.

Eric A. Morin, 19, Jay, charged with passing stopped school bus on June 10, found guilty, fined $250.

Joseph Morin, 25, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI on Sept. 13, sent to jury trial.

Lawrence Morin Jr., 36, Lewiston, charged with assault on Nov., 17, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Amanda Mowery, 41, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 3, sent to jury trial.

Stanley W. Mrozek, 57, N. Kingstown, R.I., charged with rule violation, duty status not current on Sept. 20, found guilty, fined $250.

Katina M. Mungin, 20, Auburn, charged with assault on Aug. 30, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

William Murchison, 20, Lewiston, charged with aggravated assault on Oct. 23, transferred to Superior Court.

Alexis L. Murray, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended for 90 days.

Lori A. Musial, 34, Lewiston, charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $130, second charge dismissed.

Christopher M. Myles, 32, Greene, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 1, found guilty, fined $600.

Joshua L. Nagine, 30, Auburn, charged with sledding/skating prohibited on June 27, fined $50, by default.

Adam Nason, 18, Minot, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Jennifer D. Nave, 29, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass on July 20, found guilty, fined $50.

Patrick G. Newell, 24, Orono, charged with operating vehicle without a license on July 6, 2002, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

Wei Keung Ng, 35, Lewiston, charged with habitual motor vehicle offender on Aug. 9, found guilty, fined $600.

David N. Nielsen, 41, Lewiston, charged with gross sexual assault on Sept. 20, transferred to Superior Court.

Brent Niskanen, 24, Auburn, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 12, fined $100 by default.

Brent L. Niskanen, 24, Mechanic Falls, charged with possession of marijuana on July 9, fined $200 by default.

Kimber M. Noonan, 24, Skowhegan, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Jan. 19, 2003, found guilty, fined $100, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $251.

Northeast Paving, East Wilton, charged with rule violation missing or broken brake components on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Northern Transportation LLC, Turner, charged with rule violation insecure adjustable axles on Sept. 22, found guilty, fined $100.
