AUBURN – The wedding of Shana A. Fontaine and Ryan T. Coy was held at 6 p.m. on Aug. 7 at the Hilton Garden Inn Riverwatch in Auburn. The Rev. Ray Richard officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Coy is the daughter of Stephen and Lorraine Fontaine of Lewiston. Mr. Coy is the son of Keith Landry and Carol Coy of Mechanic Falls.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless diamond white gown with beaded bodice and full skirt. She carried a bouquet of red roses.

Stephanie Baillargeon, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor and bridesmaids were Amanda and Rebecca Boyle and Cara Fontaine, cousins of the bride. Flower girls were Daijha Coy and Mercadeez Coy, cousins of the bridegroom.

A friend of the bridegroom, Michael Camire, performed the duties of best man and ushers were Nick Forrest and Eric Therrien, friends of the bridegroom, and Brent Landry, brother of the bridegroom. Matthieu Berube, cousin of the bridegroom, was the ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Hilton Garden Inn, after which the couple traveled to Aruba. They are residing in Turner.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2003 graduate of Pierre’s School of Cosmetology. She is employed as a licensed cosmetologist at All About You Styling Salon in Auburn.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Edward Little High School and is employed at S&D Plumbing and Heating in Auburn.
