FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Justin T. Rundlett, 19, of New Portland was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 25 in Strong. He was fined $100.

Justin T. Rundlett, 19, of New Portland was charged with criminal trespass Aug. 17 in Kingfield. He was fined $300.

Justin T. Rundlett, 19, of New Portland was charged with driving an ATV without headgear July 25 in Kingfield. He was fined $75.

Justin T. Rundlett, 19, of New Portland was charged with being a minor consuming liquor July 8 in Kingfield. He was fined $200.

Justin T. Rundlett, 19, of New Portland was charged with failing to display ATV registration number Aug. 17 in Kingfield. He was fined $100. For a charge of driving an ATV on a public way Aug. 17 in Kingfield, he was fined $100. For a charge of driving an ATV without a muffler Aug.17 in Kingfield, he was fined $100.

Jenny Rusu, 20, of Adamsburg, Pa., was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 9 in Farmington. She was fined $500 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Matthew Ryan, 20, of Farmington Falls was charged with criminal mischief June 30 in Strong. He was fined $100. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 30 in Strong, he was fined $100. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 30 in Strong, he was fined $100.

Matthew Ryan, 20, of Farmington Falls was charged with driving a vehicle without a license June 30 in Strong. The case was dismissed. For a charge of failing to make oral or written accident report June 30 in Strong, he was fined $200. A charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident June 30 in Strong was dismissed.

Matthew Ryan, 20, of Farmington Falls was charged with being a minor transporting liquor June 30 in Strong. The case was dismissed.

Ryder Truck Rental Inc. of New Bedford, Mass., was charged with failing to carry trip permit in vehicle June 3 in Wilton. The company was fined $250.

Aaron D. Sanders, 20, of Mount Vernon was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia July 3 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Chanda Sanfratello, 25, of Rumford was charged with criminal trespass Aug. 9 in Farmington. Sanfratello was sentenced for 72 hours and was ordered to make restitution of $500. For a charge of criminal mischief Aug. 9 in Farmington, Sanfratello was sentenced for 72 hours and was ordered to make restitution of $500.

Aaron John Sargent, 27, of Skowhegan was charged with burglary and eluding an officer June 8 in New Vineyard. Both charges were dismissed. For a charge of assault June 8 in New Vineyard, he was fined $100 and his license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of driving under the influence June 8 in New Vineyard, he was fined $400. For a charge of failing to stop for an officer June 8 in New Vineyard, he was fined $200.

John Sargent, 34, of Freeport was charged with possession of marijuana June 19 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Ethan Savage, 27, of Chesterville was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility June 14 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Lori A. Savage, 42, of Phillips was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report Aug. 20 in Weld. She was fined $200. A charge of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident Aug. 20 in Weld was dismissed.

Amanda L. Schoff, 26, of Kingfield was charged with assault April 22 in Kingfield. The case was filed.

Robert M. Scribner, 23, of Stratton was charged with driving under the influence May 15 in Rangeley. He was fined $500, sentenced for three days and his license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention May 15 in Rangeley, he was fined $200. For a charge of refusing to sign summons May 15 in Rangeley, he was fined $100.

Corey A. Searles, 32, of Vienna was charged with driving under the influence and with driving a vehicle without a license May 1 in Chesterville. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Marlon J. Service, 27, of Jay was charged with driving after license suspension Feb. 5 in Jay. He was fined $250.

Jonathan R. Shaffer, 18, of Livermore was charged with passing a stopped school bus Jan. 29 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Ian Sharkey, 22, of Strong was charged with assault Aug. 14 in Strong. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kenneth G. Shaw, 42, of New Vineyard was charged with cultivating marijuana and with unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug Sept. 21 in New Vineyard. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Lawrence T. Sherrer, 41, of Rangeley was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility July 8 in Rangeley. The case was filed.

Mary L. Shutters, 40, of West Farmington was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog Aug. 1 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large July 28 in Farmington, she was fined $50.

Michael S. Sills, 32, of Stratton was charged with driving under the influence June 26 in Eustis. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving an ATV under the influence June 26 in Eustis, he was fined $500.

Shane Silva, 22, of Farmington was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 17 in Farmington. He was fined $200. For a charge of possessing marijuana May 17 in Farmington, he was fined $200.

Cedric L. Simpson, 25, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence July 9 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Nichols M. Skidgell, 20, of Carthage was charged with driving a watercraft without safety equipment Aug. 7 in Weld. He was fined $50.

Curtis L. Slayton, 31, of Farmington was charged with terrorizing July 10 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.



Kimbery M. Slimak, 50, of Westport, Conn., was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report July 17 in Rangeley. She was fined $100.

Michael J. Slimak, 40, of Westport, Conn., was charged with driving an unregistered ATV Aug. 2 in Dallas Plantation. He was fined $100.

Christian A. Smith, 22, of Jay was charged with driving an ATV on a public way July 9 in Jay. He was fined $150. For a charge of driving an unregistered ATV July 9 in Jay, he was fined $150.

Gregory Smith, 34, of Eustis was charged with rule violation for inadequate safety device July 21 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Jordan A. Smith, 22, of New Gloucester was charged with trespass by motor vehicle April 18 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was dismissed.
