12th District, Farmington

FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Glen R. Rackliffe, 46, of Farmington was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility June 18 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Jason A. Rackliffe, 20, of Farmington Falls was charged with driving after suspension April 24 in New Sharon. He was fined $200.

Jason A. Rackliffe, 20, of Farmington was charged with failing to stop for an officer Oct. 25 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 90 days. A charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 25 in Farmington was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger Oct. 25 in Farmington, he was sentenced for 90 days and his license was suspended for 30 days. A charge of driving a defective vehicle Oct. 25 in Farmington was dismissed.

Thomas E. Raftelis, 50, of Auburn was charged with terrorizing July 6 in Farmington. A 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Christopher M. Ragusa, 32, of Newburyport, Mass., was charged with violation of rule on fishing in closed waters Oct. 9 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Melissa A. Ramos, 27, of Farmington was charged with robbery and stealing drugs July 26 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed.

Nicholas O. Rand-Hanson, 20, of Rangeley was charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass June 26 in Rangeley. Both cases was filed.

Ranor Inc. of Jay was charged with rule violation for defective steering control component June 3 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

David S. Rearick, 28, of New Portland was charged with attaching false plates July 8 in New Vineyard. He was fined $100.

Denise J. Reed, 38, of Gray was charged with rule violation of unsafe/defective vehicle Aug. 9 in East Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Frederick A. Reed, 38, of Gray was charged with rule violation on driving by unqualified driver Aug. 9 in East Wilton. He was fined $200.

Nathan B. Reeve, 27, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana Oct. 12 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Jeffrey A. Renn, 52, of Phillips was charged with driving under the influence March 27 in Strong. He was fined $750, sentenced for 180 days and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Corey D. Richard, 21, of New Vineyard was charged with being a minor possessing liquor May 21 in Strong. He was fined $200.

Goldie R. Richards, 50, of Jay was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 27 in Jay. She was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $3.27. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 27 in Jay was dismissed.

Jesse L. Richards, 21, of Livermore Falls was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug April 23 in Farmington. Richards was sentenced for 30 days.

Jesse L. Richards, 21, of Livermore Falls was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 23 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Matthew R. Rickards, 38, of Anson was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility May 27 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Justin Ridley, 21, of Jay was charged with disorderly conduct July 26 in Jay. He was sentenced for 48 hours.

Stanley L. Ridley, 41, of Jay was charged with driving a vehicle outside of class- commercial May 14 in Salem. He was fined $150.

Triston Ridlon, 19, of Wilton was charged with allowing a dog to be at large May 22 in East Wilton. He was fined $75.

Triston Ridlon, 19, of Wilton was charged with allowing a dog to be at large June 13 in East Wilton. He was fined $100.

Triston Ridlon, 19, of Wilton was charged with allowing a dog to be at large June 24 in East Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Jeffrey D. Riendeau, 42, of Topsham was charged with kindling a fire without permission Aug. 19 in Coplin Plantation. He was fined $100.

Nicolas M. Ripley, 22, of Burlington, Vt., was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit July 11 in Wilton. He was fined $300.

Jeana M. Rivers, 29, of Chesterville was charged with driving after suspension May 31 in Jay. She was fined $300.

David L. Robbins, 52, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 2 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Tracy Robbins, 29, of Auburn was charged with assault July 9 in Farmington. All but 48 hours of a 30-day sentence was suspended and Robbins was placed on probation for one year.

Kirstin Muriel Roberts, 21, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked July 13 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

David S. Robinson, 27, of Chelsea was charged with violation of rule on worms in fly fishing only area July 26 in Sandy River Plantation. He was fined $100.

James P. Robinson, 19, of Industry was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report Sept. 20 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Steven W. Roderick Sr., 48, of New Sharon was charged with driving after habitual offender revocation July 19 in New Sharon. Probable cause was found.

Christian J. Roney, 28, of Kingfield was charged with assault Oct. 1 in Kingfield. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Robert S. Ross, 41, of East Livermore was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit May 16 in Wilton. He was fined $68.

William V. Ross III, 32, of Coventry, Conn., was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property Jan. 22 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Raymond R. Rossi, 41, of Chesterville was charged with driving a watercraft without safety equipment Aug. 1 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Alan P. Roy, 33, of Jay was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Sept. 13 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed. For a charge of possession of marijuana Sept. 13 in Chesterville, he was fined $200.
