FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Kimbery M. Slimak, 50, of Westport, Conn., was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report July 17 in Rangeley. She was fined $100.

Michael J. Slimak, 40, of Westport, Conn., was charged with driving an unregistered ATV Aug. 2 in Dallas Plantation. He was fined $100.

Christian A. Smith, 22, of Jay was charged with driving an ATV on a public way July 9 in Jay. He was fined $150. For a charge of driving an unregistered ATV July 9 in Jay, he was fined $150.

Gregory Smith, 34, of Eustis was charged with rule violation for inadequate safety device July 21 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Jordan A. Smith, 22, of New Gloucester was charged with trespass by motor vehicle April 18 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was dismissed.

Jordan A. Smith, 22, of New Gloucester was charged with driving an unregistered ATV April 18 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $75. For a charge of driving an ATV on a public way April 18 in Carrabassett Valley, he was fined $100.

Randolph G. Smith, 21, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence July 25 in Wilton. He was fined $400, sentenced to 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Ronald Smith, 49, of Danbury, Conn., was charged with fishing with more than two lines July 18 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Benjamin Soha-Girardin, 19, of Wilton was charged with assault June 22 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Antonio P. Solis, 21, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Sept. 11 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Trudy M. Spaulding, 34, of Kingfield was charged with criminal mischief June 16 in Kingfield. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Thomas L. St. Laurent, 27, of Greene was charged with driving an ATV on private road July 24 in Tim Pond Township. He was fined $125.

James P. St. Pierre, 33, of Dryden was charged with assault June 20 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of disorderly conduct June 20 in Farmington, he was fined $200.

James P. St. Pierre, 33, of West Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana June 25 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Nicholas R. St. Pierre, 21, of Chesterville was charged with displaying fictitious vehicle certificate Oct. 10 in Chesterville. He was fined $150.

Brad K. Staier, 20, of Strong was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 29 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Joseph S. Starbird, 19, of Wilton was charged with aggravated assault May 22 in New Sharon. Probable cause was found.

Courtney A. Steeves, 26, of Farmington was charged with three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Sept. 17 in Eustis. Probable cause was found for all three charges.

David A. Stephanson, 23, of Portland was charged with kindling fire without permission Aug. 28 in Madrid. He was fined $100.

Justin D. Steuber, 22, of Madison was charged with attaching false plates July 30 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Justin D. Steuber, 22, of Madison was charged with driving an ATV on a public way May 5 in East Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Christyne L. Stevens, 21, of New Sharon was charged with refusing to sign uniform summons complaint June 1 in New Sharon. She was fined $100.

Michelle A. Stevens, 35, of Farmington was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 11 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Neil J. Stewart, 20, of Rangeley was charged with procuring liquor for a minor June 24 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed.

Neil J. Stewart, 20, of Rangeley was charged with being a minor possessing liquor July 21 in Rangeley. He was fined $400.

Richard Stickney, 22, of Rumford was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor July 23 in Jay. He was fined $300.

Bethany E. Storer, 36, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 2 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Kenneth Storer, 23, of Wilton was charged with assault May 22 in New Sharon. He was sentenced to 120 days. A charge of violating condition of release Oct. 22 in Farmington was dismissed.

Lindsay R. Storer, 21, of Jay was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 29 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Patricia L. Storer, 44, of Chesterville was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 27 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Theodore M. Suffoletto Jr., 24, of Rangeley was charged with criminal mischief June 26 in Rangeley. The case was filed.

Anthony F. Sullivan, 24, of Brockton, Mass., was charged with assault Oct. 7 in Strong. He was fined $250. A charge of criminal mischief Oct. 7 in Strong was dismissed.

John Swan, 51, of Chesterville was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog June 3 in Chesterville. He was fined $50.

Philip W. Swanson, 19, of Farmington was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Oct. 8 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

James B. Sweenhart, 31, of Wilton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 16 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Daniel J. Sweetser, 19, of Phillips was charged with assault June 29 in Phillips. A 30-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Jason Swett, 29, of Carthage on a charge of terrorizing Oct. 12 in Carthage. A 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of criminal trespass Oct. 12 in Carthage was dismissed.

William Swihart, 21, of Farmington on a charge of assault June 22 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Dean V. Swindler, 21, of Lyman was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Sept. 17 in New Vineyard. He was fined $300.

T T Dunphy Inc., of North Anson was charged with a rule violation for defective exhaust system Jan. 14 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Charlotte M. Temeyer, 20, of Farmington was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Sept. 30 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Aliza Tenenbaum, 20, of Canaan was charged with possession of marijuana May 29 in New Sharon. She was fined $200. For a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 29 in New Sharon, she was fined $100.

Wiley T. Tesseo, 19, of Oquossoc was charged with being a minor consuming liquor June 24 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Michael Stanley Theriault, 44, of Carthage, N.C., was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 19 in Farmington. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Amanda Thompson, 26, of Athens was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Jan. 17 in Farmington. A 90-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $675.41.

Oscar O. Thompson III, 32, of Farmington was charged with criminal mischief April 27 in Jay. A 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $900.

Robert S. Thompson, 32, of Mercer was charged with assault Feb. 15 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Ross Thompson, 19, of Rangeley was charged with being a minor consuming liquor June 24 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Thorndike & Sons Inc. of Avon was charged with rule violation for missing or broken brake components Sept. 8 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Thorndike & Sons Inc. of Avon was charged with failing to have vehicle inspected July 16 in Farmington. The company was fined $100.

Melinda E. Tibbetts, 34, of Unity was charged with driving after suspension May 24 in Avon. She was fined $200. A charge of failure to register vehicle May 24 in Avon was dismissed.

Currier N. Todd, 22, of Ann Arbor, Mich., was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit July 18 in Rangeley. The case was filed.

Nona L. Toothaker, 47, of Starks was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 4 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger Aug. 4 in Farmington, she was fined $300 and her license was suspended for 30 days.

Christopher Townsend, 33, of Phillips was charged with criminal mischief Jan. 7 in Phillips. The case was dismissed.

Deborah A. Townsend, 43, of Livermore Falls was charged with possession of marijuana Aug. 21 in Avon. She was fined $200.

Craig L. Tracy, 22, of Canton was charged with escape July 31 in Farmington. Probable cause was found.

Craig L. Tracy, 22, of Canton was charged with gross sexual assault, aggravated assault, assault on July 31 in Jay. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court. A charge of tampering with a witness, informant or juror Aug. 4 in Strong was transferred to Superior Court.

Michael B. Tracy, 40, of Wilton was charged with driving after suspension March 15 in Farmington. He was fined $300. A charge of violating condition of release March 15 in Farmington was dismissed.

Jarod W. Trafton, 21, of Thorndike was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility June 5 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed.

Jacqueline F. Tullercash, 42, of Farmington was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Oct. 19 in Farmington. She was fined $75.

Justin T. Turner, 22, of Wilton was charged with assault July 25 in Wilton and with a second charge of assault Aug. 30 in Wilton. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Heather D. Tweed, 30, of Dallas Plantation was charged with criminal trespass Dec. 5 in Dallas Plantation. She was fined $200.

Curtis L. Tyler, 20, of Farmington was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Aug. 20 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Donald E. Tyler, 28, of Farmington was charged with allowing a dog to be at large Aug. 30 in New Sharon. He was fined $50.

Max A. Upton, 51, of Monticello was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit July 15 in Chesterville. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Walter E. Varney, 47, of Windham was charged with violating fishing rule Sept. 18 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Heidi L. Veilleux, 23, of Litchfield was charged with possession of marijuana July 18 in New Sharon. She was fined $250.

Barbara M. Velasco, 25, of Bethel was charged with disorderly conduct July 8 in Carthage. She was fined $100.

Koren L. Velez, 52, of Farmington was charged with violating condition of release Sept. 28 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Ralph C. Virgin, 78, of Dixfield was charged with failure to register vehicle Sept. 16 in Carthage. The case was filed.

Wallace F. Virgin, 52, of Dixfield was charged with driving under the influence May 9 in Carthage. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Jason Vitale, 25, of Augusta was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 8 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Joseph Volkernick Jr., 45, of Rumford was charged with shooting from a motor vehicle or motorboat Sept. 7 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

Johan C. Vryhof, 26, of Oquossoc was charged with driving after suspension June 17 in Rangeley. He was fined $300. For a charge of speeding 30 mph over speed limit June 17 in Rangeley, he was fined $250.

W. Skidgell Excavation of Dixfield was charged with rule violation on inadequate suspension Aug. 26 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.
