FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Anthony Waas, 22, of Jay was charged with assault June 7 in Jay. He was fined $200 and was ordered to make restitution of $73.44.

Anthony Waas, 22, of Jay was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor Sept. 11 in Jay. He was fined $500.

Christopher K. Walker, 26, of Farmington was charged with sexual abuse of a minor Oct. 1, 2001, in Wilton. All but 60 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. The following charges were dismissed: sexual abuse of minor Jan. 1, 2002, in Wilton; sexual abuse of a minor Sept. 26, 2002, in Wilton; assault April 17, 2004 in Wilton; assault April 26 in Wilton; assault May 1 in Wilton; assault May 1 in Wilton.

Christopher K. Walker, 26, of Farmington was charged with assault July 27 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Theodore J. Wallace, 27, of Wilton was charged with assault May 2 in Farmington. He was sentenced to 30 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Randall A. Walli, 43, of Phillips was charged with failing to use ATV lights July 18 in Phillips. He was fined $100.

Michael S. Warren, 42, of Phillips was charged with failure to register vehicle July 1 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Brefney A. Way, 26, of Farmington was charged with assault July 12 in Carrabassett Valley. A 60-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Brefney A. Way, 26, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence June 19 in Stratton. Way was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Kenneth A. Waymire, 30, of Strong was charged with unlawful possesion of scheduled drugs Oct. 10 in Dallas Plantation. He was sentenced for 80 days and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 10 in Dallas Plantation, he was sentenced to 80 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Jay L. Webb, 29, of Madison was charged with driving after suspension May 5 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Maria E. Webber, 42, of New Vineyard was charged with accompanying a motor vehicle permittee while impaired Sept. 26 in Kingfield. She was fined $200. A charge of permitting unlawful use Sept. 26 in Kingfield was dismissed.

Scott L. Webber II, 22, of New Vineyard was charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor May 21 in Strong. He was fined $150. For a charge of violating condition of release May 21 in Strong, he was fined $250.

Shane L. Webber, 18, of New Vineyard was charged with failure to register vehicle June 23 in New Vineyard. He was fined $75.

Alicia Nichole Weber, 21, of Greene was charged with failing to notify of motor vehicle accident Aug. 7 in Jay. She was fined $400.

Alicia Nichole Weber, 21, of Greene was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 4 in Jay. She was fined $500 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Donald E. Webster Jr., 39, of Wales was charged with driving under the influence June 2 in Jay. He was fined $600, sentenced for 12 days and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Mark T. Webster, 42, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 25 in Farmington. He was fined $700, sentenced to seven days and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Donald K. Welch, 50, of Farmington was charged with reckless conduct July 17 in Farmington. A 30-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Michael E. Welch Jr., 27, of Jay was charged with driving after suspension Oct. 23 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Vicki L. Welch, 42, of Jay was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 26 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Jimmy B. Wellmen, 22, of Rockland was charged with attaching false plates Sept. 19 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Stephen D. Wells, 20, of Newington, Conn., was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Oct. 1 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Benjamin M. Welsh, 25, of Harwich, Mass., was charged with threatening display of weapon Sept. 5 in Kingfield. He was fined $500.

Michael H. Whelpley, 43, of Farmington was charged with driving an ATV on a public way July 17 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Becky S. White, 25, of Jay was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Aug. 14 in Jay. She was fined $500.

Becky S. White, 25, of Jay was charged with allowing a dog to be at large July 22 in Jay. She was fined $100.

Kenneth E. White, 58, of Rangeley was charged with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor April 1 in Rangeley. All three charges were dismissed.

Kim White, 47, of Phillips was charged with criminal threatening Aug. 21 in Avon. The case was dismissed.

Richard K. White, 57, of Carthage was charged with having a dog that was chasing deer or moose June 8 in Carthage. The case was dismissed.

Ralph Whitney, 28, of Industry was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 1 in Industry. The case was dismissed.

Dona L. Bishop Wiggins, 20, of Carthage was charged with disorderly conduct July 8 in Carthage. She was fined $100.

Michelle Wilcox, 19, of Phillips was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 3 in Farmington. She was fined $100 and was ordered to make restitution of $112.

Brent C. Willette, 26, of Wilton was charged with forgery Sept. 22 in Farmington. He was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $79.63.

Chester J. Williams, 42, of Dryden was charged with driving under the influence June 23 in Farmington. He was fined $1,000 and all but 30 days of a 270-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of driving vehicle without a license June 23 in Farmington was dismissed.

Dale Williams, 37, of Wilton was charged with disorderly conduct July 10 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Frank J. Williams, 40, of Wilton was charged with driving an ATV under the influence July 18 in Jay. The case was dismissed.

Kylie N. Williams, 20, of Durham was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Oct. 3 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Silea R. Williams, 23, of Roxbury, Mass., was charged with driving a vehicle without a license Nov. 23 in New Sharon. Williams was fined $150.

Victoria D. Williams, 34, of Gardiner was charged with driving under the influence May 31 in Chesterville. She was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days.

James Douglas Willis, 48, of Stony Plain was charged with driving under the influence June 25 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger June 25 in Rangeley, he was fined $250 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Kimberly S. Willis, 41, of Jay was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Jan. 24 in Jay. She was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $19.

Logan R. Wilmot, 24, of Waterville was charged with burglary June 8 in New Vineyard. Probable cause was found.

Jennifer Wilson, 38, of Guilford was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 10 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Maurice G. Wilson, 67, of Kittery was charged with kindling of fire without permission July 2 in Township E. He was fined $100.

Charles S. Wingfield, 50, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 10 in Industry. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Travis Winsor, 28, of Levant was charged with driving under the influence May 3 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Harley D. Witherell, 21, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana Aug. 30 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Brian Woodbury, 24, of Kennebunk was charged with unsworn falsification May 25 in Farmington. He was fined $300.

Ralph Woodsum, 39, of Oxford was charged with violating condition of release Aug. 11 in Perkins Township. The case was dismissed.

Joshua Woodward, 24, of Rangeley was charged with possession of marijuana Aug. 12 in Rangeley. He was fined $250.

Justin Woodward, 22, of Rangeley was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor July 21 in Rangeley. He was fined $300.

Kristopher R. Woodward, 28, of Rangeley was charged with assault April 6 in Farmington. A 45-day sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for one year.

Michael Worth, 18, of Dryden was charged with driving a vehicle without a license June 30 in Farmington. He was fined $150.

Benjamin M. Worthley, 23, of Strong was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 31 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Benjamin M. Worthley, 23, of Strong was charged with reckless driving of an ATV Aug. 4 in Strong. The case was dismissed.

Benjamin M. Worthley, 23, of Strong was charged with reckless driving of an ATV and with criminal mischief Sept. 17 in Strong. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Wilfred L. Wright, 43, of Livermore Falls was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Oct. 18 in New Vineyard. He was fined $100. For a charge of possession of marijuana Oct. 18 in New Vineyard, he was fined $200.

Brian K. Yarborough, 31, of Jay was charged with driving a vehicle without license Sept. 8 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Flint A. York Jr., 20, of Farmington was charged with disorderly conduct June 7 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jonathan Zelonis, 29, of Cape Coral, Fla., was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report July 18 in Industry. He was fined $200.
