LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Gary Rose Jr., 31, Poland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 16, found guilty, fined $200.

Shannon Roux, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on March 6, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Shannon Roux, 20, Greene, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on June 15, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Andrew R. Roy, 29, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Chad R. Roy, 24, Leeds, charged with violating condition of release on May 9, 2003, dismissed.

Michael S. Roy, 21, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $300.

Yance D. Ryder, 45, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license on June 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

S.J.A. and Sons, Mechanic Falls, charged with a missing or broken brake component rule violation on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Stephen J. Sands, 33, Lewiston, charged with robbery on Oct. 20, dismissed.

John Santin, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 23, found guilty, fined $250.

Brandi Saucier, 29, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 6, found guilty, fined $250.

Matthew L. Scalato, 25, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating an ATV on a public way on Aug. 24, adjudicated, fined $100.

Brian P. Scott, 45, Livermore Falls, charged with harassment by telephone on June 7, filed with no cost.

Dean S. Seavey, 39, Westbrook, charged with operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, attaching false plates and failing to stop for an officer on Oct. 3, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days for first charge; fined $250 for second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Richard Seger, 44, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 3, 2003, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for four years.

Christopher G. Senter, 28, Tishomingo, Miss., charged with a filing to possess previous seven days status rule violation on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Admiral D. Shockey Jr., 58, Murfreesboro, Tenn., charged with a duty status not current rule violation on Sept. 20, found guilty, fined $250.

Wayne A. Shumaker, 57, Rushville, Ohio, charged with an operation 15 hour rule violation on Oct. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Alan Sias, 30, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on June 22, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Victor A. Sirois, 29, Summerville, Mass., charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 5, found guilty, fined $250.

Kimberly Ann Sloan, 25, Lewiston, charged with unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Aug. 27, sent to jury trial.

Gregory A. Smart Sr., 28, Lincoln, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Nov. 13, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 and sentenced to two days for each charge.

Jonathan Smith, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal mischief on Sept. 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Joshua J. Smith, 26, Auburn, charged with two counts of assault on May 8, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to 160 days and probation revoked on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours on second charge.

Kathy Snape, 44, Auburn, charged with assault on Aug. 26, filed with no cost.

Lorine Sue Socci, 52, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 11, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Raymond S. Soucy, 19, Lisbon, charged with consuming liquor by a minor on Aug. 8 and operating under the influence on Oct. 23, offense committed on first charge, fined $300; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Christopher Spaulding, 34, Windham, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Oct. 15, 2003, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Michael C. Spear, 24, Turner, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 21, offense committed, fined $200.

Richard I. Spencer, 42, Leeds, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin J. St. Germain, 30, Auburn, charged with obscuring motor vehicle plate marks on Aug. 25, found guilty, fined $50.

Jeffrey St. Hilaire, 34, Auburn, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on June 29, dismissed.

Joyce St. Laurent, 54, Livermore Falls, charged with criminal trespass on May 9, found guilty, fined $75.

Dennis St. Onge, 43, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 12, found guilty, fined $250.

Spencer D. Starling, 34, Lynchburn, Va., charged with a duty status not current rule violation on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

James S. Stauffer, 28, Ringtown, Pa., charged with an operation with false duty rule violation on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $750.
