John T. Noyes, 39, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 2, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

Zachary M. Noyes, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on June 23, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all suspended, probation two years.

Amalio C. Nunez, 52, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Thomas O’Connor, 43, Mechanic Falls, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on July 27, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Oak Hill Homes Inc. Sabattus, charged with rule violation missing or broken brake components on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Aaron B. Ouellette, 30, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 5, offense committed, fined $200.

Jamie Ouellette, 26, Skowhegan, charged with assault and unlawful possession of scheduled drug on July 27, sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey Ouellette, 19, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 22, found guilty, fined $75.

Amber Elizabeth Owen, 19, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Nov. 12, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five days in Androscoggin County Jail, found guilty on second charge sentenced to five days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Sherman Owens Sr., 46, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., charged with threatening display of weapon on April 8, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

P. R. Cyr Trucking Inc., Sabattus, charged with rule violation inadequate suspension on Nov. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew Padula, 27, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 19, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

Meghan A. Page, 24, Lewiston, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on Sept. 4, fined $300.

Donna M. Pagnani, 22, Lewiston, charged with possessing marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 25, fined $250 on first charge by default, fined $125 on second charge by default.

Stefan M. J. Paladino, 27, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Crystal E. Palange, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Carmen C. Palardy, 71, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence-no test on July 25, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

Stanley A. Palmer, 23, Minot, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on Aug. 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $250, found guilty on second charge, fined $50.

Gregory Paradis, 26, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Romeo M. Parent Jr., 38, Lewiston, charged with assault and obstructing report of crime on Oct. 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all suspended, probation two years, second charge dismissed.

Kimberly A. Parker, 25, Brunswick, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Luke H. Pelletier, 18, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 24, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Robert D. Pelletier, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on Aug. 9, transferred to Superior Court.

Dana M. Pendexter, 22, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 19, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 on first charge, fined $100 on second charge.

Michael J. Phelps, 39, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Charlene Pierce, 42, Turner, charged with assault, on Aug. 7, sent to jury trial.

Tammy Plummer, 42, Oxford, charged with forgery on Aug. 12, 2003, dismissed.

Clarence Rawding, 46, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on April 5, found guilty, sentenced to two days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Amy Mae Rawling, 19, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 4, dismissed.

Nicholas J. Repenning, 23, Georgetown, charged with operating after suspension and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 2, first charge dismissed, second charge, offense committed, fined $100.

Robert Rice, 26, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 14, fined $75 by default.

Denis Richard, 51, Livermore, charged with protective order from harassment violation on July 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Nicholas Richard, 26, Auburn, charged with disseminating sexually explicit material on June 24, transferred to Superior Court.

Kenneth E. Richards Jr. 36, Cumberland, charged with operating/permit operation unregistered motorboat on Sept. 6, adjudicated, fined $100.

Jonathan W. Rivard, 30, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 20, 2000, found guilty, sentenced to two days in Androscoggin County Jail.
