FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Jail:

Garrett Haas, 58, of Phillips on a charge of disorderly conduct Jan. 13 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Stephanie Small, 21, of Farmington on a charge of driving under the influence Jan. 14 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $4,000 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Richard Ganci, 34, of Farmington on a charge of domestic assault Jan. 14 by Farmington police. He was released by the court Jan. 18.

David A. Ladd, 54, of Strong on a charge of driving under the influence Jan. 15 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Jessica L. Lopez, 23, of Jay on a warrant for failure to appear Jan. 15 by Jay police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 26.

Robin S. Hutchinson, 41, of Carthage on a charge of domestic assault Jan. 15 by Maine State Police. A surety bond of $25,000 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 18.

Timothy L. Hutchinson, 18, of Farmington on a charge of criminal trespass Jan. 15 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance March 23.

Michael R. Storer, 25, of Jay on a charge of failure to appear Jan. 16 by Jay police. He was released by the court Jan. 18.

Scott Sweetman, 35, of Pembroke, Mass., on a charge of domestic assault Jan. 16 by Rangeley police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Michael B. Tracy, 39, of Wilton on a charge of domestic assault Jan. 16 by Wilton police. As of Feb. 4, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

Robert W. Bernier, 36, of Farmington on a charge of domestic assault Jan. 16 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Justin Rundlett, 19, of New Portland on a charge of failure to stop for a police officer Jan. 17 by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department. He was released by the court Jan. 18.

Raymond Begin, 37, of Jay on a charge of criminal mischief Jan. 19 by Jay police. He was released on personal recognizance for court appearance on March 2.

David Heintz, 22, of Farmington on a charge of driving under the influence Jan. 19 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Alicia Durrell, 21, of Farmington on a warrant for unpaid fines/fees and a second warrant for failure to appear Jan. 19 by the Sheriff’s Dept. She was released on personal recognizance for court appearance on March 2, according to a jail intake officer.

Nicholas Robertson, 18, of Clifton on a charge of theft Jan. 22 by Rangeley police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on March 23.

Nicholas Vigue, 18, of Glenburn on a charge of theft by Rangeley police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on March 23.

William O’Brien, 26, of Farmington on a charge of driving an unregistered motor vehicle Jan. 22 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Kevin S. Crute, 23, of Kingfield on a charge of stalking Jan. 24 by Maine State police. Cash bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on March 2.

Eugene M. Burnell, 22, of Wilton on a violation of condition of release Jan. 26 by Wilton police. His sentence was completed and he was released Jan. 27.

Eric Brewster, 33, of Lewiston on a charge of driving under the influence Jan. 26 by Jay police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on March 23.

Richard R. Adams, 19, of Farmington on a charge of criminal threatening Jan. 26 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on March 23.

Toni Lee Viles, 25, of Jay on a charge of domestic assault Jan. 27 by Jay police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Roderick Rodriguez, 79, of Madison on a warrant Jan. 27 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $124 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Derek R. Viles, 22, of Jay on a charge of failure to appear Jan. 28 by Jay police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on Feb. 23.

Tina M. Pelletier, 37, of Standish on a charge of failure to pay fine/fees Jan. 28 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $1,021 was applied to fine/fees and she was released.

Michael B. Hood, 19, of Wayne on a charge of driving after suspension Jan. 28 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on March 23.

Jennifer A. Woodbury, 22, of Farmington failure to appear Jan. 29 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $250 was provided for court appearance on March 23.

Joel R. Thompson, 30, of Phillips on a charge of unpaid fines/fees Jan. 29 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $625 was applied to fin s/fees and he was released Jan.30.

Jeremy Ross, 25, of Livermore Falls on a charge of unpaid fines/fees Jan. 30 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $765 was applied to fines/fees and he was released.

William Wallace, 50, of Jay on a warrant for probation revocation Jan. 30 by Jay police. As of Feb. 4, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

Jacob Cotnoir, 23, of Gardiner on a charge of unpaid fines/fees Jan. 31 by the Sheriff’s Dept. He was released by the court on Feb. 2, according to a jail intake officer.
