MECHANIC FALLS – The wedding of Corinne Marie Bennett and Richard James Ryan II was held at 2 p.m. on July 24 at their home in Mechanic Falls. Christopher L’Hommedieu, attorney and friend, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Ryan is the daughter of Rebecca Bennett of Portland and David and Ardella Bennett of New Hampshire. Mr. Ryan is the son of Richard and Mary Ryan of Leeds.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a pale pink full-length dress with lace and she carried a bouquet of light pink, cream and light purple roses.
Eva Bouthillette was maid of honor for her friend and bridesmaids were Sammantha Malinowski and Dana Malinowski, daughters of the bride. Ann Marie Malinowski, another daughter, was flower girl.
Richie Cunningham served as best man for his friend and ring bearer was R.J. Malinowski, son of the bride.
A reception followed at their home. The couple traveled to Canada in the fall.
The bride is a 1992 graduate of Palm Beach Lakes High School in West Palm Beach, Fla. and is employed at the head office at Paris Farmers Union in Oxford.
The bridegroom is a 1987 graduate of Leavitt Area High School in Turner and is owner of RPC Construction in Mechanic Falls.
