Robert S. Burns, 41, Lewiston, charged with drinking in public and carrying a concealed weapon on July 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $50; second charge dismissed.

Robert Buteau, 33, Lewiston, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on June 29, dismissed.

Robert B. Buteau, 33, Greene, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on Aug. 19, found guilty on second charge, fined $200 and sentenced to 20 days.

Olvin D. Calix, 29, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 28, dismissed.

Deeanna Dawn Campbell, 21, Weymouth, Mass., charged with criminal mischief on Oct. 5, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $160 restitution.

John P. Campbell, 21, Harrison, charged with criminal speed on Aug. 13, dismissed.

Shawn I. Campbell, 19, Auburn, charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor on June 3, found guilty, fined $200.

Amy Canney, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on May 10, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Philip Canney, 35, Portland, charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Lisa Marie Carbonneau, 27, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Michael J. Carbonneau, 37, Lewiston, charged with violation of condition of release on Dec. 23, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

David A. Carey, 32, Sabattus, charged with violating a protective order on Nov. 2, sent to jury trial.

April M. Caron, 25, Auburn, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on July 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Lanny Caron, 32, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 19, 2005, found guilty, ordered to pay $350 restitution.

Jamis S. Carpenter, 20, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on Oct. 28, found guilty, fined $75.

Jessica M. Carter, 19, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 1, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on second charge; fined $500 on third charge.

Jessica M. Carter, 19, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 19, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours and ordered to pay $143.63 restitution.

Gary Castonguay, 29, Sabattus, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 26, 1997, and operating after suspension on Oct. 6, 1997, and Oct. 7, 1997 found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two days and ordered to pay $1,506.25 restitution; second and third charges dismissed.

Tyler Castonguay, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 7, found guilty, fined $500.

Marla A. Castro, 31, Turner, charged with operating under the influence and failure to give motor vehicle accident information on July 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Adam P. Chabot, 28, Poland, charged with criminal speed on Aug. 2, found guilty, fined $250.

Sherrie Chambers, 38, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass on Sept. 13, sent to jury trial.

Martine M. Chapman, 47, Jay, charged with operating under the influence on July 29, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Terry W. Chesnel, 49, Auburn, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Eric Cheverez, 24, Livermore Falls, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on Oct. 29, found guilty, fined $600.

Anthony R. Clark, 20, Auburn, charged with assault on Sept. 25, sent to jury trial.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 43, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and three counts of violating condition or release on Dec. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third, fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to four days for each charge.

Belinda L. Cofferen, 32, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 5, found guilty, fined $250.

Jennifer Coffey, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 5, found guilty, fined $100.
