PERU – The Peru Snowmobile Club will have a meeting and pizza party at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 21, above the fire station. The club will also elect officers. Members, or anyone who would like to become a member, should call 562-9923 if they are attending.

Society dinner

MEXICO – The Mexico Historical Society will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the Calvin Lyons meeting room. A hot dish dinner will be held, and members can bring their favorite dishes. The group will discuss the corned beef and cabbage public supper to be held March 3 at the meeting room. Speaker will be Carol Wilson Schenk, home for a visit from Turkey. She will have photos and tell of her work in Turkey.

Red Hatters meet

RUMFORD – The Red Hat Mommas of Western Maine met at the Penalty Box on Jan. 26 with 37 members attending. Red hat pins were won by Annette Murphy, Frances DiPhillip and Dee Holman. A meeting will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb 23, for a potluck supper at the Methodist Church. Those attending should call Isabelle or Rita by Thursday, Feb. 17.
