RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Jon Ayotte, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 12, waived, fined $100.

Donald N. Blanchard Jr., 29, Turner, charged with operating a snowmobile on a plowed road on Dec. 12, waived, fined $100.

Kevin L. Breton, 30, Roxbury, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 27, found guilty, fined $500; sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Adam Collins, 19, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 19, found guilty, fined $150.

Conn Valley Trucking Inc., Orford, N.H., charged with failing to display identification device on Dec. 28, waived, fined $200.

Jeremy Cormier, 28, Auburn, charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 12, waived, fined $100.

Matthew Cox, 27, Westwood, Mass., charged with driving to endanger on Dec. 11, found guilty, fined $300.

Peter Cutrer, 24, Hiram, charged with having a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on Dec. 24, filed with no cost.

Mark H. Cyr, 40, Otisfield, charged with operating a snowmobile on a plowed road on Dec. 12, waived, fined $100.

Tasia M. Dayon, 22, Rumford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $250.

Christopher L. Dougherty, 23, Andover, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Jan. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Kenneth W. Dunn, 19, Rumford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $500.

Harvey Dyer, 45, Dixfield, charged with keeping an unlicensed dog and allowing a dog to be at large on Dec. 2, first charge dismissed; second charge adjudicated, fined $50.

Terri Glover, 37, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct and hindering apprehension or prosecution on Nov. 13, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Ronald W. Harding, 41, Rumford, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 28, offense committed, fined $100.

Michael Harvey, 25, Auburn, charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 2, waived, fined $100.

Billy Ray Helms, 48, Livermore Falls, charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and failure to make an accident report within 48 hours on Dec. 19, not enough information to bring charges.

Mark Ingersoll, 31, Tewksbury, Mass., charged with operating a snowmobile on a plowed road, waived, fined $100.

Raymond D. Lane, 26, Dixfield, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer on Dec. 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Lilly L. Lee, 61, Dixfield, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $50.

Brandon Lewis, 20, South Paris, charged with theft by deception on June 20, 2003, and June 27, 2003, probation violation on both charges, sentenced to 45 days and probation partially revoked for each charge.

George Malchisky, 45, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Dec. 16, adjudicated, fined $200.

David F. Mayo Jr., 30, Peru, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 20, 1997, dismissed.

Matthew Patrick McCann, 19, Rumford, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $750.

Scott M. Murphy, 27, Bethel, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Aaron W. Newton, 33, Peru, charged with assault on Dec. 10 and operating under the influence, driving to endanger, operating a vehicle without a license, failure to make an accident report within 48 hours, and failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 11, all charges sent to jury trial.
