LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Jeremy Dustin, 27, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 19, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Graham Duval, 18, Minot, charged with obstructing the report of a crime and assault on Nov. 12, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Karlene Duval, 57, Lewiston, charged with failure to return library property on Oct. 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Travis Wayne Dyer, 22, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Oct. 2, adjudicated, fined $100.

Steven F. Eastman, 41, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Sept. 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 90 days with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Phillip J. Ebner, 34, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 29, found guilty, fined $250.

Amanda Edgecomb, 23, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Dorothy J. Edmonds, 34, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Warren D. Elliott, 74, Livermore Falls, charged with reckless conduct on Sept. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Dale Estabrook, 63, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on July 30, found guilty, fined $200.

Ambrosia Estrada, 21, Vassalboro, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 1, sent to jury trial.

Justin P. Esty, 24, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on Sept. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Timothy J. Stewart, 43, Minot, charged with a violation of a fishing rule on June 5, dismissed.

Michael Stone, 18, Poland, charged with operating under the influence and transportation of liquor by a minor on July 25 and operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 24, found guilty on first charge, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $250.

Shayne M. Swenton, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 2, found guilty, fined $250.

Jennifer L. Sylvester, 20, Livermore Falls, charged with failing to notify owner of accident property damage on March 14, found guilty, fined $75.

T. Starbird and Daughters, Buckfield, charged with a missing or broken brake component rule violation on Aug. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

T.W. Paving Inc., Mechanic Falls, charged with a missing or broken brake component rule violation on Aug. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard Tarbox, 41, Lewiston, charged with three counts of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on May 22, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Nicholas Tatu, 19, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief and two counts of criminal trespass on May 9, scheduled for hearing on April 5 for first charge; second and third charges dismissed.

Caroline M. Taylor, 53, Livermore Falls, charged with burning without a permit on Sept. 3, found guilty, fined $50.

Patricia D. Taylor, 40, Bath, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 15, found guilty, fined $75.

Stephen G. Taylor, 18, charged with operating after suspension on June 15, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Virgil Edmund Taylor, 40, Auburn, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 6, sent to jury trial.

Daniel Thibodeau, 39, Poland, charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Sept. 14, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 364 days with all but 21 days suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Jamie L. Thomas, 27, Lewiston, charged with assault on Sept. 1, sent to jury trial.

Duane P. Tilley, 45, Norway, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 1, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Elizabeth Y. Tompson, 26, Auburn, charged with permitting unlawful use of a vehicle on May 14, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason Gabriel Toomey, 27, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence on June 20, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Tommy J. Touchette, 35, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $250.

Joseph S. Trendler, 42, Winthrop, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 15, 2003, found guilty, fined $100 and $420.70 restitution.

Gilles Trepanier, 58, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 1, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 10 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Matthew Trombley, 24, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on April 3, and four counts of criminal mischief on Aug. 19, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second, third, fourth and fifth charges; fined $300 and $175 restitution on second charge; sentenced to two days on third charge; fined $300 and sentenced to two days for each on fourth and fifth charges.

Tabatha L. Tullo, 26, Greene, charged with failure to return a library book on Sept. 3, dismissed.

Craig Turcotte, 25, Lewiston, charged with criminal speed on July 17, dismissed.

Terri Lynn Turner, 25, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Kenneth A. Tyler, 59, Litchfield, charged with operating under the influence on July 26, sent to jury trial.

Rick Valentine, 43, Greene, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 1, fined $50 by default.

Michael Vallee, 21, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on June 6, and violating condition of release and possession of marijuana on June 19, all charges dismissed.

Nathan J. Valonis, 20, Monmouth, charged with eluding an officer on Aug. 17, transferred to Superior Court.

Justin C. Varney, 28, Lewiston, charged with failing to have a license or permit on Aug. 5, found guilty, fined $68.

Marcus L. Verrill, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on May 28, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Tonya A. Verrill, 31, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on April 8, 1997, found guilty, fined $100 and $100 restitution.

Bryan Vincent, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

James Vining, 42, Auburn, charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 2 and Nov. 11, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to seven days on first charge; sentenced to 10 days on second charge.

Jonathan Violette, 21, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 7, dismissed.

Misty R. Wahl, 28, Jay, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 20, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.
