Mohamed Abdalla, 22, Lewiston, charged with carrying concealed weapon on May 3, dismissed.

Mohamed Jama Abdalla, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Dwayne Adams, 33, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on Sept. 25, found guilty, fined $500.

Erold Adams III, 45, Hebron, charged with unlawfully permit operation of ATV on Aug. 31, offense committed, fined $100.

Isaiah F. Addison Jr., 48, Harleyville, S.C., charged with rule violation, duty status not current on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Frederick Ahlholm, 39, North Andover, Mass., charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 11, sent to jury trial.

Blaine S. Akerley, 42, Sabattus, charged with operating under the influence on June 23, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days in Androscoggin County jail, stayed, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended.

Daniel R. Albert, 50, South Gardiner, charged with operating under the influence, one prior on Aug. 12

Aaron Aldrich, 23, Portland, charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 29, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

Almighty Waste, Auburn, charged with failing to produce proof of inspection of commercial vehicle, rule violation missing or broken brake components, rule violation defective steering control component, failing to obtain operating authority license on July 8, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $100, third charge dismissed, found guilty of fourth charge, fined $200.

Melinda A. Ames, 26, Jay, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 7, found guilty, fined $200.

Jacob Anderson, 25, Lewiston, charged with violating protective order on July 17, found guilty, sentenced to seven days in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed.

Edgar J. Andrade, 37, South Portland, charged with rule violation, operation with false duty on July 29, found guilty, fined $500.

Philip N. Andrews III, 19, New Gloucester, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 10, found guilty, fined $250.

Genaro Andujar, 36, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Tara Lyn Anna, 28, Topsham, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 2, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Kamal O. Arten, 22, Lewiston, charged with assault on Oct. 5, probation revoked, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jamie R. Asselin, 25, Lewiston, charged with urinating in public on Oct. 13, offense committed, fined $75.

Sheena M. Ashton, 18, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Stacey Bailey, 32, Lewiston, charged with misuse of identification on Sept. 9, found guilty, fined. $100.

Tammy Baillargeon, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Richard D. Baribeau Jr. 47, Brunswick, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 9, sent to jury trial.

Michael A. Beairsto, 20, Livermore, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and minor possessing liquor on Oct. 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $250, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Chad A. Bean, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence, two priors and operating vehicle without license-cond/restriction on Sept. 29, sent to jury trial.

John R. Beaudoin, 43, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 10, offense committed, fined $200.

Marie Beaulieu, 39, Lewiston, charged with failure to return library property on Sept. 13, 2002, by default, fined $75, ordered to pay restitution of $86.95.

Ryan W. Bellemare, 18, South Portland, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Oct. 19, offense committed on both charges, fined $75 on first charge, fined $200 on second charge.

Matthew J. Belmonte, 18, Livermore, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Oct. 2, by default, fined $100 on first charge and $200 on second charge.

Scott D. Bennett, 30, Gardiner, charged with rule violation, duty status not current and rule violation operated by unqualified driver on Aug. 25, sent to jury trial.
