David E. Dubois, 43, Auburn, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on June 24, 2003, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Evelyn Dulac, 63, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass on Oct. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Ray Dulac, 31, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 18, found guilty, fined $50.

Joel P. Dumond, 29, Greene, charged with operating under the influence and failing to make an oral or written accident report on Sept. 20, both charges sent to jury trial.

Charles E. Dunning, 27, Lewiston, charged with assault on Nov. 1, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation.

Mike Durgin, 39, Greene, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on Oct. 6, fined $50 by default.
