LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Joshua R. Howe, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Sherri A. Howes, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 16, found guilty, fined $200.

Russell A. Hudon, 53, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and driving to endanger on Aug. 17, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 and license suspended for 30 days on second charge.

Jason L. Humiston, 22, Standish, charged with assault on July 26, sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey P. Huntington, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Punk Icee, 46, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on Oct. 4, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Joel C. Iler, 32, Auburn, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 10 and Sept. 30, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Darrell Jackson, 28, Boston, Mass., charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 13, found guilty, fined $200.

Heather Jackson, 29, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 9, found guilty, fined $150.

Kimberly H. Jackson, 30, Farmington, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Rodney Jackson, 36, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 27, transferred to Superior Court.

Everett W. Jankowski, 36, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 30, found guilty, fined $150.

Jeffrey Jimenez, 20, Lewiston, charged with assault on Dec. 8, 2003, probation violation, sentenced to six months and probation partially revoked.

Joseph R. Jines, 26, Biddeford, charged with burglary and two counts of robbery, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Justin D. Jipson, 28, Auburn, charged with criminal speed on Oct. 11, found guilty, fined $300.

Brent B. Johnson, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and failing to stop for an officer on Oct. 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $100 with all suspended on second charge.

David A. Johnson, 42, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 18, sent to jury trial.

David W. Johnson, 18, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 30, found guilty, fined $600.

Norman W. Johnson Jr., 34, Auburn, charged with operating without a license on Oct. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Toby M. Johnson, 26, Lisbon, charged with assault on Oct. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Eric Bryan Jones, 23, Virginia Beach, Va., charged with being a fugitive from justice on Dec. 15, extradition waived.

William Seth Jones, 26, Lewiston, charged with failure to register or update information on Oct. 25, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Zachary D. Jones, 38, South Portland, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Sept. 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Chad R. Jordan, 30, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 23, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended for 90 days.

David J. Jordan, 39, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 12, found guilty, fined $500.

Edouard Kanamugire, 33, Portland, charged with disorderly conduct on June 2, dismissed.

Thomas J. Katkus, 23, Manchester, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 30, offense committed, fined $75.

John C. Kelley, 22, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 3, offense committed, fined $75.

James M. Kempf, 29, Brunswick, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 28, found guilty, fined $75.

Richard A. Kendall, 38, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief on July 30, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to four days; second charge dismissed.

Daniel G. Kennedy, 32, Monroe, N.C., charged with a duty status not current rule violation on Aug. 5, found guilty, fined $125.

Marina A. Kesaris, 45, Boston, Mass., charged with theft of services on Jan. 25, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Reino W. Kesseli, 61, South Paris, charged with operating under the influence on May 16, sent to jury trial.

Brian A. King, 19, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 5, offense committed on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Leila M. Kingsbury, 48, Lewiston, charged with Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Sean F. Knight, 21, Durham, charged with disorderly conduct and failure to disperse on Aug. 27, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Theresa E. Knudsen, 19, Falmouth, charged with operating after suspension on Sept. 11, 2003, found guilty, fined $200.

Sarah A. Kobel, 19, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Karen Kim Kunze, 39, Lewiston, charged with displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate and operation of a defective vehicle on Sept. 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

L.P. Poirier and Son Inc., Lewiston, charged with a defective fuel system rule violation on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $100.
