Jeremy L. Fitzgerald, 19, Charlestown, N.H., charged with criminal trespass on Sept. 27, found guilty, sentenced to 12 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

Dale J. Flaherty, 32, Livermore Falls, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Feb. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, ordered to pay restitution of $132.83.

Michael Elliott Fogg, 20, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 29, offense committed, fined $200.

Eric G. Foley, 21, Auburn, charged with two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on Oct. 9, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 for each charge.

Keith Foley, 35, Portland, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on Aug. 10, found guilty, sentenced to 20 hours of community service.
