LEWISTON – The Just Us singers will hold the second annual USO Canteen Dance from 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, East Avenue. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
For tickets and reservations, people can call 784-2061 or 375-4006. Tickets are also available from members of Just Us.
Dancing will be to music from the 1940s and 1950s. The group will be dressed in clothes of that time. The public is invited to do so if they wish.
Music will include “Some Day,” “Beer Barrel Polka,” “Goody Goody,” “Side by Side,” “I’ll Never Smile Again,” “Moonlight Serenade,” “Vaya Con Dios,” “You Made Me Love You,” “Tweedlee Dee,” “A Guy is a Guy,” “Sentimental Journey,” “Auf Wiedersehen,” “La Cucaracha” and others for waltzing, jitterbug, polka and cha cha.
