NORWAY – Worship on Sunday, Feb. 27, at the Norway Universalist Church, UU, will be led by the Welcoming Congregation Committee with Maine Speakout. The mission of the Speakout Project is “to create a society that is inclusive and respectful of people of differing sexual orientations by providing opportunities for nondivisive dialogue.” The 11 a.m. worship will be followed by discussion during coffee hour.

Bridge play

NORWAY – The Norway Bridge Club met Feb. 18 at the Fare Share Commons, Main Street, where a Howell Movement game was played.

Finishing first in Flight A were Martine Begert and David Lock; second, Mimi Bell and Bill Bowman; third, Nancy Farmer and Marta Clements; Flight B, first, Nancy Farmer and Marta Clements; second, Beverly Dolan and Beverly Pelletier.

Another game will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at Fare Share. A partner is guaranteed if there 10 minutes before start time. Those wanting more information can call Les Buzzell at 783-4153 or cell 754-9153.

A game is also held at 12:45 p.m. each Sunday in New Gloucester at the Amvets Hall, Route 100. A partner is guaranteed if there 10 minutes before playing time. Those wanting more information should call Buzzell.
