RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Wendell E. Rose, 39, Bethel, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 28, found guilty, fined $100.

George W. Skillin, 24, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use or drug paraphernalia on Dec. 10, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Lee B. Smith, 21, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $150.

Phillip Guy Marquis Smith Jr., 19, Mexico, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 15, fined $125 by default.

John L. Snell, 35, Mexico, charged with failure to register a vehicle and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 12, both charges waived, fined $100 for each charge.

Stephen M. Stone, 34, Bethel, charged with an unspecified rule violation on Dec. 2 and disturbing traps of another on Dec. 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Jessica Rose True, 29, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 8, found guilty, fined $75.

Edward T. Vidito, 43, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and unlawful use of a license on Dec. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Elden Yates, 46, Rumford, charged with allowing a dog to chase moose, deer or wild turkey on Dec. 18, offense committed, fined $75.

Cecil Atter, 21, Poland, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 11, sent to jury trial.

Bruce A. Bailey, 52, Bedford, N.H., charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Jan. 22, waived, fined $100.

Rodney Hall, 37, East Dixfield, charged with assault on Nov. 27, sent to jury trial.

Anthony Heath, 18, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and assault on Jan. 1, all charges sent to jury trial.

Anthony K. Heath, 18, Gilead, charged with disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating condition of release on Jan. 16, all charges sent to jury trial.

Ira D. Herrin, 70, Lebanon, N.H., charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 3, waived, fined $100.

Erickson M. Pena, 24, Dorchester, Mass., charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 25, dismissed.

Erickson Marcelino Pena, 24, South Paris, charged with criminal mischief and failure to provide a correct name, address and date of birth on Sept. 24, both charges dismissed.

Edward M. Secotte Jr., 39, Auburn, charged with terrorizing on Jan. 7, sent to jury trial.

Christopher H. Stearns, 45, South Paris, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Dec. 12, both charges sent to jury trial.

Edward J. Vieara, 42, Medford, Mass., charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Feb. 24, 2002, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Peter T. Weir, 47, Goffstown, N.H., charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Jan. 22, waived, fined $100.
