Christopher Labbe, 32, Turner, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on Oct. 29, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Michael J. Labbe, 34, Brunswick, charged with urinating in public on Nov. 13, fined $100 by default.

Sean Labbe, 29, Auburn, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on April 26, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.

David E. Labossiere, 41, Gardiner, charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on July 15, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for four years on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for one year on second charge.

Shane A. Lacasse, 28, Turner, charged with criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Sept. 28, both charges sent to jury trial.

Matthew Lachance, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 24, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Raymond R. Lacombe, 43, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 10, offense committed, fined $75.

Rachel Laganiere, 48, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Christopher L. Laliberte, 22, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 30, dismissed.

Jennifer Marie Landers, 20, Lewiston, charged with theft of services on Aug. 2, found guilty, fined $150.

Chelsea Landry, 21, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Daniel R. Landry, 34, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 12 and criminal mischief on Aug. 18, both charges sent to jury trial.

Michael P. Landry, 50, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 26, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Jamey D. Lebel, 33, Buckfield, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Benjamin P. Leclair, 46, Auburn, charged with attaching false plates on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher L. Leet, 20, Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on June 23, found guilty, fined $500 with all but $400 suspended and ordered to pay $665.90 restitution.

Kevin Anthony Lemm, 38, Poland Spring, charged with criminal threatening on Sept. 9, transferred to Superior Court.

Ann M. Lessard, 32, Lewiston, charged with fishing without a valid license on Sept. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard Ernest Lessard, 50, Lewiston, charged with assault and two counts of violation condition of release on Nov. 14, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Brian Letourneau, 35, Lisbon, charged with violating condition or release on Oct. 4, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Ronald J. Letourneau, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 11, sent to jury trial.

Patrice Louise Lewis, 53, Auburn, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $200.

Ross A. Lewis, 44, St. Petersburg, Fla., charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Oct. 15, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 45 days for each charge.

Daniel Patrick Libby, 25, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to make an oral or written accident report on Sept. 27, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

James R. Libby, 22, Greene, charged with attaching false plates on July 24, found guilty, fined $75.
