RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Mark Patrick Barrett, 39, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Arthur J. Beaver, 21, Rumford, charged with terrorizing and criminal mischief on Dec. 26, both charges filed with no cost.

Bradford Beckler, 23, Farmington, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 11, 2001, filed with no cost.

Robert Butterfield, 56, Farmington Falls, charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 1, waived, fined $200.

Matthew Lawrence Conover, 19, Allston, Mass., charged with consuming liquor by a minor on Jan. 14, waived, fined $200.

Christopher J. Deluca, 38, Watertown, Conn., charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 5, waived, fined $100.

Lisa M. Duguay, 24, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 13, found guilty, fined $500.

Donn E. Dyer, 58, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 9, found guilty, fined $150.

Brad C. Fitzgerald, 34, Ashby, Mass., charged with operating an unregistered snowmobile on Jan. 22, waived, fined $100.

Joshua P. Gagnon, 29, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 14, found guilty, fined $200.

Phillip J. Giambanco, 19, Massapequa, N.Y., charged with consuming liquor by a minor on Jan. 14, waived, fined $200.

Lucia A. Hastings, 40, Rumford, charged with harassment on Nov. 7 and Nov. 8, and possession of marijuana and operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 24, first and second charges filed with no cost; offense committed on third charge, fined $200; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $500.

Elizabeth J. Kass, 20, Sanford, charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Ryan F. Leveille, 30, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 6, sent to jury trial.

Brandon L. Nichols, 20, South Paris, charged with assault on Aug. 19, filed with no cost.

Antonio Palestini, 24, Winthrop, charged with assault on March 5, 2002, found guilty, fined $100.

Phillip R. Therriault, 23, Rumford, charged with reckless conduct on July 14, found guilty, fined $200.

Heather True, 20, Rumford, charged with operating beyond license restriction on June 13, dismissed.
