LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Joseph Henry McGowan, 39, Portland, charged with disorderly conduct and violation condition of release on Dec. 22, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days for both charges.

Crystal R. McNeil, 28, Auburn, charged with failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on Oct. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Dale Kenneth McNeil, 35, Hartford, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 7, sent to jury trial.

Robert McQueeney III, 18, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 14, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Gregory K. Meisner, 47, Turner, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 25, sent to jury trial.

Timothy L. Melvin, 29, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on June 11, found guilty, fined $200.

Adam Merrell, 19, Auburn, charged with refusing to give personal information to an officer and operating a vehicle without a license on Feb. 22 and trafficking in dangerous knives and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 17, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 on first charge, fined $200 on second charge; fined $100 on third charge; fined $200 on fourth charge.

David W. Merrill, 49, Poland, charged with burning without a permit on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $50.

Leroy E. Merrill, 55, Lewiston, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $500.

Scott A. Merrill, 20, Lisbon, charged with a minor having liquor on person on July 31, fined $200 by default.

Charity Messer, 25, Topsham, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 23, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Kathleen A. Metayer, 34, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher J. Mickalide, 21, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Oct. 31, offense committed on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Justin Adair Mockler, 22, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to four days and license suspended for 90 days.

Abdirahman H. Mohamed, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on Sept. 5, dismissed.

Ali Shariff Mohamed, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Joseph Monaghan III, 25, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Jamie Mondragon, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation and attaching false motor vehicle plates on Sept. 24, both charges dismissed.

Corrinne Marie Montminy, 28, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 26, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Duane K. Moody, 41, Sabattus, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 22, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Jacob Moody, 24, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on July 24, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days and one year probation.

Paul Philip Moreau, 35, Lewiston, charged with robbery on Nov. 28, transferred to Superior Court.

Anthony E. Morgan, 37, Greene, charged with unlawful cutting of trees on Oct. 1, offense committed, fined $300 and ordered to pay $300 restitution.

Robert R. Morin, 36, Lewiston, charged with unlawful use of a license on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $50.

Steven Morin, 27, Auburn, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and operating under the influence on Aug. 24, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Katina M. Mungin, 20, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Dec. 13, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 10 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Michael Patrick Murray, 56, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Mark Niskanen, 44, Mechanic Falls, charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the report of a crime on Dec. 17 and violating condition of release on Dec. 18, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to five days.

Lisa E. Norman, 36, Poland, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility and unlawful use of a license on July 12, both charges dismissed.

Andrew Padula, 27, Lewiston, charged with assault on Nov. 12, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all but 48 hours suspended and two years probation.

Donna M. Pagnani, 22, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 11, 2002, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 16, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

William Paine, 38, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 25 and Dec. 27, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 10 days; second charge dismissed.

Bryan Palmer, 43, Lewiston, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Sept. 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeremy Fern Paradis, 20, East Poland, charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on May 9, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended 18 months on second charge.

John Parker, 37, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 11, sent to jury trial.

Nicholas Ryan Paul, 26, Jay, charged with violating a protective order on Oct. 5, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Jaroslav Pechman, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Randi L. Pelkey, 24, Sabattus, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Gerard Pelletier, 49, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six days for each charge.

Dana M. Pendexter, 22, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer on Aug. 19, both charges sent to jury trial.

William L. Pepin, 34, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 9, found guilty, fined $75.

Joelie E. Perry, 43, Sabattus, charged with allowing a dog to be at large and a dangerous dog complaint violation on Nov. 6, offense committed on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; dogs ordered to be muzzled when outside the home on second charge.

David M. Pesce, 52, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 31, dismissed.

Eric Joseph Peters, 25, Lewiston, charged with aggravated criminal mischief on Oct. 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Larry Don Pettengill Jr., 44, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on July 9, dismissed.
