Rebecca E. Smith, 31, Wales, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 24, found guilty, fined $75.

Thomas Andrew Smith, 31, Lewiston, charged with drinking in public on Oct. 3 and disorderly conduct on Oct. 31, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Frederick W. Snowdeal Jr., 44, Bowling Green, Fla., charged with obstructing the report of a crime on July 29, filed with no cost.

Chantall A. Soltysik, 18, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

James Span, 37, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 27, found guilty, fined $250.

Christina M. L. Spaulding, 29, Lewiston, charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and operating under the influence on Aug. 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

James L. Spaulding, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Michael C. Spear, 24, Turner, charged with discharging a firearm near a dwelling and unlawfully hunting wild birds on Sept. 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.

Justin Spencer, 22, Sabattus, charged with operating after suspension on June 25, found guilty, fined $200.

Miranda Spencer, 21, Auburn, charged with unlawful use of a license on Oct. 6 and transportation of liquor by a minor on Oct. 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $50; fined $500 and license suspended for 30 days on second charge by default.

Arland B. St. Surin, 40, Portland, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Feb. 28, 2003, found guilty, fined $75 and $231.82 restitution.

Frank J. Staton Jr., 32, New Gloucester, charged with criminal mischief on Sept. 25, sent to jury trial.
