Fred Philbrick, 46, Greene, charged with possessing gift bear, deer, moose or wild turkey, possessing an unregistered animal and an unspecified rule violation on Nov. 14, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Donald L. Philbrook, 25, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 27, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Matthew D. Piper, 34, Auburn, charged with violating a protective order and two counts of violating condition of release on Oct. 6, all charges sent to jury trial.

Angela Lee Pitts, 48, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Carol J. Plourde, 48, Lisbon Falls, charged with two counts of assault on Nov. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Craig G. Poland, 41, Turner, charged with burning prohibited material on Nov. 2, found guilty, fined $200.

Branden Polley, 18, Lewiston, charged with burglary on Sept. 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Russell Pomelow, 39, Lisbon Falls, charged with criminal mischief on Oct. 11, found guilty, fined $75 and $344 restitution.

Nicole Jean Powell, 20, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on Sept. 26, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours and $200 restitution.

Wayne L. Powell, 26, Auburn, charged with failing to have a fishing license or permit on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $68.

Barry C. Powers, 41, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass on Oct. 20, found guilty, fined $50.

Jarred M. Powers, 22, Durham, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Sept. 27, adjudicated, fined $100.

Timothy J. Price, 19, Lisbon, charged with possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 8, fined $100 by default.

Thomas R. Printup, 19, Poland, charged with allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 30, filed, fined $100.

John C. Purcell IV, 24, Minot, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Andrew J. Quinn, 24, Turner, charged with discharging a firearm near a dwelling and unlawfully hunting wild birds on Sept. 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on first charge, fined $150.

Robert L. Raglin, 52, Auburn, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Louis A. Ramsay V, 24, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 31, found guilty, fined $500.

Jay R. Rice, 42, Auburn, charged with failure to make a 48 hour accident report on Oct. 5, found guilty, fined $75.

Roland J. Richards, 50, Oxford, charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 18, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Becky J. Richardson, 30, Norway, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 19, found guilty, fined $100.

Dustin G. Ritchie, 22, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on Nov. 17, fined $200 by default.

Joseph Chad Ruest, 20, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct and permitting attachment of false plates on Sept. 2 and operating while license suspended and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on Oct. 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500; fourth charge dismissed.

Kristie Rumery, 19, Auburn, charged with assault on Nov. 7, dismissed.

Bruce C. Russo Jr., 19, Auburn, charged with assault on Oct. 31, sent to jury trial.

Donald E. Santin, 27, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Richard Saucier Jr., 18, Lewiston, charged with two counts of terrorizing and two counts of indecent conduct on July 13 and possession of marijuana on Nov. 1, first, third and fourth charges are continued until May 5 for deferred disposition; second charge dismissed; offense committed on fifth charge, fined $200.

Melvin L. Saunders, 25, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on May 17, 2000, found guilty, fined $75.

Kenny D. Scales, 21, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on May 31, sent to jury trial.
