LEWISTON – Featuring the National Geographic production “Jane Goodall: My Life With the Chimpanzees,” the annual Primate Film Festival will be held at Bates College at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, in Room 204, Carnegie Science Hall, Campus Avenue.

Released in 1995, the Goodall documentary tells the story of a wildlife researcher who began her work, alone, in the African wilderness at age 26. The film offers details of a lifetime’s research that has helped identify chimpanzees as humankind’s closest biological relations.
